gotta be honest with you guys, ea is really killing any interest i had in continuing playing this game

since last time i played, they announced there will be no ts5 and ts4 is our forever game now, started churning out creator kits and fomo "battlepass" content, both business practices which i find dubious at the very least (if not outright predatory), and still have not meaningfully addressed the many, many bugs, both old and new, plaguing the game

i honestly don't know how you guys deal with this. i used to like posting, making up stories and building houses, and i've sincerely enjoyed the connections i've made here on simblr but... the game (and the company behind it) is sucking that enjoyment out of me. even getting it set up and working after every update feels like a bother and a chore

so, not saying i'm leaving, but i'm obviously already posting less and less. i'm sure i'll still stop by once in a while, just didn't want to disappear without saying anything ✌️ peace and love everybody

sorry for going mia again, 2024 has been WILD. i'm recovering from another surgery right now, second one this year. 💀 nothing life threatening, thankfully, but my body is not too happy about sitting for prolonged periods of time.
