Keyner Construction continues their barndo project in South Amarillo, Texas. We have started the interior stick framing stage of our project. Yesterday we were able to get some of the walls up before that cold blast made it to Amarillo. Because of the temperatures we are experiencing today and tomorrow Keyner and our framing vendor will postponed work on that location. At 2:00pm in afternoon the temperature has reached a whopping 10 degrees with a wind chill of -8 degrees. At those temps it is hard to keep the air compressors operating (for nail guns) and personnel warm. So we are all at home with our family enjoying the Christmas Holiday. Van Winkle New Home: Keyner Construction completed a new home in the Colonies addition in Amarillo, Texas. It had an old-world flare throughout the home. The client loved the flow and the warmth that it projected in every room. Borger Sunroom Addition: Keyner Construction completed another room addition in Borger, Texas. Our clients in Borger were wanting a larger space to entertain friends and family with plenty of light so we surrounded the space with windows to look out on to their property. Our clients wanted different accents such as the paver flooring to the beamed, tough and groove ceiling. To the center piece of the space, a 100+ year old coal burning stove that has been completely refurbished and had been converted to a burn wood stove now. The space turned out great and our clients are very pleased. So please we remodeled their master bathroom. Creighton Game Room Addition: Keyner Construction completed a game room addition for a customer in the Creighton Place addition in Amarillo, Texas. Our customers were wanting more space to entertain for different functions activities. The space turned out beautiful, and it really fits their personalities. Keyner Construction has been serving the Texas Panhandle area for more than 27-years and has taken care of hundreds of clients and still growing.

Westhills Addition: Romm Addition & Patio/Pergola: Keyner Construction completed another room addition, new stamped concrete patio and sidewalk and new cedar pergola in the Westhills Addition of Amarillo, Texas. The space was exactly what our clients wanted, and the project turned out great. Keyner Construction complete another kitchen remodel in Borger, Texas. We install new cabinets, lighting, countertops, backsplash, texture, paint and new flooring. Wolflin House Remodel: Keyner Construction completed another entire existing home remodel some-time ago in the Wolflin Addition in Amarillo, Texas. Updated the entire home replace masonry brick around the home, updated the plumbing, electrical, heating/air, added 1,500 sqft, and a three-car garage on an oversized lot. The home looks fantastic! So much more than the way it was. Keyner Construction has been serving the Texas Panhandle area for more than 27-years.

East Texas Panhandle Entire House Remodel: Keyner Construction completed another entire existing home remodel in the East Texas Panhandle. We moved all the plumbing, heating/air, remove walls, made the space more open, light and bright and better flow throughout the home. The home looks fantastic! Another job well done. Andover Master Bath Remodel: Keyner Construction completed another master bathroom remodel in the Windsor addition of Amarillo, Texas. The bathroom remodel consists of the install of a new walk-in shower, new stain grade cabinetry throughout, new granite tops with undermount sinks, new tile flooring and new texture and paint throughout the master bath.
