ideal living situation is what i call the 'sitcom special' : having all your closest friends live in the same apartment building or neighborhood where you each have your own space but can wander in and out of eachothers homes at will, seemingly always welcome and never at bad times. and also all of you only have jobs when its important to the plot.

Everyone knows that there are two ways to get into media these days:

1. A tumblr mutuals indoctrination

2. Blorbo from my other shows was there

Political Debates should be Socratic Debates and for a 1v1 should take a minimum of four hours to complete.

If a Politician loses their patience or control and tries to punch the other one they lose Politician Points, and if they lose too many they cannot be slotted for re-election.

If the debate is an election debate then it should be each politician taking turns to ask the "BUT WHY"s instead of some dude asking them both the same question, and whoever loses it and tries to punch their opponent loses Politician Points, but this means that they have to give a certain amount of advertisement materials/time/commercial slots/pop ups to the opponent, and if they lose it often enough and lose enough Politician Points their opponent automatically wins.

The only way to get their Politician Points back to a positive outcome is if they can explain every single one of their policies to a two year old, who has been dressed up in a toga and told to pretend his or her name is Socrates, in such a way that the two year old genuinely understands what they're saying, and can repeat it the next day after they've had time to play and watch their cartoons/youtubers and eat. If, at any point, the two year old gets bored and leaves to do something else, the politician has lost.

So, as you can probably tell, this is a Plo Koon Lives AU, and, get this, I actually have a planned story that isn’t just a bunch of mashed together ideas. The basic premise of this is that after Order 66, Plo manages to survive and escape. The How is up to you, all that matters is that he’s alive. In the years after Order 66, he tried his best to help rescue any other surviving Jedi, until he, a Padawan, and a group of surviving younglings were ambushed by a group of Inquisitors and Stormtroopers. Plo was the only survivor of the encounter, and he Fell in the process. Horrified and ashamed, he went on a quest of semi-revenge and semi-self isloation, retreating to the Outer Rim and Wild Space, focussed on just surviving but not holding back against any Imperials he found.

He’s mostly unaware of what’s happening in the broader galaxy, until, on complete accident, he stumbles upon Luke Skywalker, several months after the destruction of the Death Star. And from there, the story starts. I’m currently in the process of writing a fic about how Luke and Plo meet, so be on look out for that!
