Playing checkers in the stone world was no easy feat, but somehow, the Nanami brothers had managed it.

Sticks formed the outline of the board, and different colored rocks made up the checkers pieces. They had to imagine where the actual spots on the board were, but that part was easy enough to use their imaginations for.

Sai had to admit, simple as it was, he was enjoying taking the time to play a game and catch up a bit with his obnoxious younger brother. At least, it had been, until…

“Sai!” Ryusui cried all of a sudden, looking alarmed. “There’s a spider on you!”

The brunette was not proud of the way he leapt out of his seated position to screech and flail without even knowing where the creature was. “Where is it?” he yelped, smacking and swiping all over himself.

It took a few moments, but the blonde finally got up to help him, brushing at a spot on his right shoulder before nodding decisively. “It’s gone, you’re good.”

Sai sagged in relief, putting a hand to his chest. “I hate spiders.”

“I know. Sorry, I could have been a little smoother about warning you,” Ryusui chuckled as they each resumed their previous positions on either side of the makeshift checkerboard.

Sai’s gaze drifted over the board, his mind already shifting back into game mode to pick up where they’d left off. Only…the board looked different now. He frowned. He’d been winning just a moment ago, but now the pieces seemed to reflect differently.

He sighed. Glanced up at Ryusui. “You just can’t be a graceful loser, can you?”

“I don’t know what you mean,” the blonde replied, eyes wide with innocence but a knowing smirk on his lips.

“You cheated.”

“I most certainly did not! A good captain would never—” In the next moment, the board had been ruined as Sai dove for him, knocking his younger brother flat on his back and hooking his hands into his ribs where he’d always been really ticklish. “GAH!! Ahahahahahahaha, nohohohohohohoho!!”

“I don’t know how you managed to convince your friends you should be the captain of anything,” the brunette grunted with a smile as he wrestled to keep the blonde pinned for easier tickling. “You’re such a brat when you don’t get your way!”

“They all knohohohohohow I’m the greeheheheheheheediest man ALIHIHIHIHIHIHIVE!! WAIT, NOHOHOHOHOHOHO!!” Ryusui’s bravado suddenly crumbled when Sai managed to wiggle a hand up into his armpit, digging wildly. “NOHOHOHOHOHOHOT THEHEHEHEHEHEHERE!! SAHAHAHAHAHAI!!”

“If you’re the greediest man alive,” Sai shot back with a chuckle as he successfully pinned Ryusui’s arm above his head for much easier access to one of his worst spots, “then I must be the most forgiving, since I’m only going to tickle you to tears instead of to death.”

Ryusui wailed with hysterical laughter, but it was a good long while before his relentless older brother decided to show mercy.

man i feel dissapointed with myself because i got 16/20 on biology and 17/20 on math on this month exams (we have monthly exams) which sure isn't that bad but it makes saying i dream of going to top universities and getting scolarships sounds like a joke. I am throwing my phone and tablet away for a serious lock in to use the best of the three remaining months of Tawjihi. (Kind of a vent)

I feel your disappointment very much. I am such a perfectionist that I tend to avoid things I might not be 100% good at. I am learning to accept misadventures though.

You remind me of myself when I was in school. I tortured myself to always get at least 95%. Yet it is very unlikely to always get 100% since many factors take part in our performance and tests are not a good measurement of capability.

You can be very capable and still fail a singular, standardised test. Or many. It is common.

Throwing away your phone and tablet to avoid getting distracted sounds honorable at first, but i have to point out the fault of this strategy: depriving yourself from your interests will not boost your self-worth and your grades.

You can achieve academic dreams without being a genius. /g

initially my vision was blurry on the explanation behind why the great nanami corp adopted a child, but i will go with saying that the matriarch decided to adopt you because you were her sister's child and she had passed when you were a toddler. despite her seeing you as her own, the rest of the family is bothered at having yet another technically illegitimate child around

when you were first brought into the nanami house, (i will be assuming that everyone lives either close by or just in the same mansion from the dinner scene of the corp) sai was still around. you were 4, ryusui was 7 and sai was 12. their father introduced you to them as their sibling and that was it

they quickly realized that you were an introverted person, even at your short age, and would constantly stick by their father's wife who probably didn't like them much so it was rare at first for them to get to talk to you. ryusui did not falter at this though, and often tried to approach you whenever she was not around. he would wait for her to leave and then attack

"hii little sibling! my name is ryusui!" he would start, with whatever latest toy or trinket he has acquired. you would let him know that you remembered his name, and despite your lack of follow ups in the conversations, he would notice that you would often be engrossed in analyzing with insane detail whatever toy or object he had brought with him. he makes note of this and eventually brings one of his ship models, it fascinates you

sai refuses to tag along, but ryusui makes sure to tell you about him, always praising how smart he is and how talented he is

you come to admire ryusui very quickly, and though initially this doesn't stir too good with your mother (technically aunt), she allows it because her own kids are already in their 20's and there is no one else for you to play with. despite being shy and introverted, you come to trust him easily and would constantly be by his side during his latest idea. when other people approach, you hold on to his clothes and hide behind him, and he is so attentive and dedicated to be a good older brother that he speaks for you whenever you don't want to and encourages you to speak for your own whenever he senses it is right

as you develop your own passions and interests, ryusui always pays attention to you when you talk about it or simply show him a little trinket you made on your own

as you get older you get curious about sai, but for some reason don't mention it to ryusui. you had noticed where sai spent most of his time, so you waited to get some courage and entered the room where he would be focused in his computer. he noticed your presence immediately and nodded gently when he saw you but that was all. you noticed quickly that he was not like ryusui and would not come talking to you on his own, so you stayed silent for a while pretending —very badly at that—, that you were doing something in the room aside from observing him; he didn't say anything about it, just kept working. on your way out after you decided it was enough interaction for the day, you sneaked out through a thin space but your feet got caught in between the cables and fell down. he panicked not knowing what to do but quickly stood up and helped you up

you scraped your knee and hurt your chin, so he picked you up awkwardly and walked towards one of the butlers to ask for some bandaids, oddly enough when the butler asked him to hand you over so they could take a look, something overcame him and he said he would put the bandaids for you. so the butler brings back a first aid kit and hands it to him, sai opens it up and takes some cotton and wound disinfectant, cleans up the small scratch and puts a bandaid on your knee and chin

"i came as fast as i can as soon as i heard!" ryusui bolts in with his tricycle, "are you okay!?"

your mother is summoned and she almost automatically start scolding sai and ryusui, but you stand up and tell her, "mommy, i fell and my big brothers helped me, don't scold them." she nods. ryusui is bawling hugging you while sai smiles softly

ryusui actually broke an ancient vase that was worth millions so his allowance was taken away to cover the expense of the vase, he shrugged

for your birthdays, something big is always planned by your mother, but your favorite part is always spending time with your brothers

Ryusei has a very infectious laugh, Kojiro will sometimes crack a smile when he hears it

They had sleepovers together a lot while growing up

Ryusei is actually good at hairdressing, he used to play with his mother's hair a lot as a kid and she taught him a lot. He helped Kojiro out with his hair a few times too.  (Chifuyu refuses to ever trust him again though)

Kojiro likes Ryusei's food best

Ryusei gets a lot of confession letters while in school, Kojiro gets none because he barely attends (and when he does everyones scared of him). 

Both of them will give Chifuyu weird nicknames just to annoy him

Kojiro flinches often but always plays it off or denies it

Ryusei actually tries really hard during school and puts the work in but he pretends he doesn't 

Ryusei never stops calling Peke J by the name Ronaldinho

Kojiro likes playing games a lot but get's very competitive with them

Both Ryusei and his mum are into fashion, they go on shopping trips together 

Ryusei's eye mask is actually a gift from Kojiro, he got it for him when he noticed how often Ryusei slept in weird places.

Speaking of that habit, Ryusei learnt to sleep in weird places because he'd sometimes sleep outside or in their hideout with Kojiro when Kojiro didn't want to go home. 

Ryusei is scared of dogs because he was bitten by one as a kid. Kojiro isn't scared of them but is a bit wary around dogs. 

They tend to turn up late when being told to go somewhere (they mess around a lot on the way)

Kojiro likes football and is good at playing it too

Ryusei has kicked a football and hit Chifuyu in the face at least once

Kojiro wasn't sure what to think when his brother went to juvie, he was kinda relieved but then felt guilty because of how much he still loves and respects his brother. Ryusei was thrilled he was gone. 

Ryusei's mum was basically like a second mother to Kojiro growing up, he adored her.

Kojiro laughs when he's nervous sometimes, tries to make it seem like he's confident. Ryusei is the only one who can see through this facade.

Green is Kojiro's favourite colour, while Ryusei's is orange. 

Kojiro has a few scars on his hands from where he was learning to use his knife and practising with it (Ryusei used to bandage his wounds for him).

Kojiro hates scared people and people who cry (part of this is self loathing)

They were both very excited to get their tattoos and went together (they were both pretty nervous too)

Kojiro finds it easier to sleep when Ryusei is with him

And finally, most of their happiest memories involve each other

Your last artwork of Macaque and Wukong is adorable! I realized lately that a manga character called Shirakumo Oboro from BNHA manga is inspired by Sun Wukong, he can create clouds and ride them.

In your last artwork, specifically the way you drew Macaque hair, reminded me of him and I started to adore that character more

Bashar Al-Assad is gone, he buried them alive, the prisons are filled with innocent people and fighters who refused to destroy Syria over 53 years of torture, rape, murder and genocide.

However, Syria is still in big danger.

Back in 2011, there was a viral video of the tyrant army burying a Syrian man alive, they were telling him to call Bashar Al Assad a "God" but he refused until the sand covered his face alive, he kept screaming "No God but Allah" until his voice disappeared. It still makes my cry.

When the free army broke into the prisons yesterday at 6 am, they found toddlers there. Toddlers that were born by the innocent young women that got assaulted, children were born there and never saw the light until yesterday 💔

This is Ahmed Al-Tatari, A Syrian young pilot that refused to strike Hama. So Hafez al-Assad concidered him a traitor to him and arrested him in 1981. Al-Tatari refused to betray his people, his toddler child and his family. Yesterday he was free, he lived to see Syria free!!

Despite thousands and thousands of innocent people getting freed, Al-Assad cruelty has no end, and so does Israel.

There are thousands of prisoners under the ground, they are called Red prisons. they see them in the camera but the doors to under the ground are secretive and they are searching for them before the under ground prisoners die from thrust and hunger. There are possible children there from women getting assaulted.

Israel is taking advantage of the conditions and is air striking Syria. Please spread the world to help get them help as fast as possible.
