WWF Australia's, Wild Onesie Week!
Just under a year ago, you were one of an amazing group of more than 1,200 people who took up the challenge to wear a Onesie during WWF’s first ever Wild Onesie Week.
You helped us raise awareness and over $115,000 of vital funds for WWF’s essential conservation work in protecting endangered species and their homes.
Wild Onesie Week 2015 is launching next week and we wanted YOU to be the first to know and to save the date!
This year Wild Onesie Week will be held from the 1st-5th June.
In 2015 we’ll be challenging the nation to ‘raise more than eyebrows’ and we would love for you to take part again.
We are calling on you to turn heads on the street, in meeting rooms, office corridors and help lead the way for the growing menagerie of Australians standing up for endangered species that can't help themselves.
We’re also excited to announce that we’ll be introducing a brand new ‘species’ to our Onesie range. ‘Hopping’ into the range along with last year’s popular Panda Onesie is a world-first Rock Wallaby Onesie.
The official Wild Onesie Week website is coming soon where you can register and purchase your Onesie, but in the meantime email us at [email protected] to register your interest in signing up in 2015.
Save the date in your diaries today for Wild Onesie Week 2015 and spread the word to your family, friends and co-workers to join you!

INFERIOR, FAKE AND COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS
Buying a new onesie - Are you getting the real deal? We pride ourselves on being sticklers for quality and authenticity. To ensure we stay true to this and provide our customers with only the real thing, we choose only to stock SAZAC - the Japanese brand who created the adult onesie some 20 years ago. You may have noticed there are many other onesie products and brands floating around on the Internet and in retail stores. Most of the inferior products we speak of can be found of on eBay however there are a few companies in Australia and NZ who are attempting to fool Australian and New Zealand customers into believing their product is the real deal; it’s rather upsetting - especially as there's a high chance these fake products were manufactured in factories which utilise child labor. So, due to it being sometimes difficult to distinguish between the real and fake, we just wanted to give customers some tools to help out when purchasing from other websites or retail stores. 1. Ask if they sell SAZAC Kigurumi – if they say yes, make sure the SAZAC swing tags are attached and the label on the collar says SAZAC. However if you're purchasing a licensed Character Kigurumi onesie it will state the brand, the characters name and also their logo. 2. The images of the onesies are from the manufacturer – reputable websites will take their own photos and a lot of the time will have watermarks over each image so it cannot be stolen by other websites. 3. Upon receiving your new onesie, check the stitching, if it is loose or looks rushed, ask for a refund – it should be perfect to ensure the garment will last. 4. Does your new Kigu smell? If so, ask for a refund. 5. Does your Kigu actually look like the animal it is supposed to be? 6. Does the fabric look like it will last past it's first wash? If not, email the seller straight away so if it falls apart you have some negotiation power to be either sent a replacement or get a refund. The above are just a few easy ways you can tell a fake from a reputable provider. Feel free to browse our collection of authentic and adorable animal kigu onesies for kids and adult onesies online today to give yourself a point of comparison. Good luck and happy shopping :-) XOXO Kigu Zoo
