It's not the best written show but my god is Z Nation my favorite zombie series. It doesn't take itself too seriously, it's not limited to one small area, so you get to see goings on around north America. It's funny, the villains look pretty baller. There's social commentary. And one of the best features is that unlike most zombie media, Z Nation acknowledges the preexistence of zombie media to a great degree. And despite what you'd think at first glance, the main character is a black woman dragging the antihero around the apocalypse.

green day releasing “back in the usa” and blatantly criticizing donald trump through the music video really makes me think of how this has all happened before with american idiot/george w bush and how this new song (even the title itself) LITERALLY sounds like green day cracking their knuckles and going like “bitch have you guys learned nothing since the last time we did this”
