Valentines Meme || Accepting 

Today, was definitely not one of Bakugou’s most beloved holidays. He made it a point to make himself scarce, to avoid the hustle and bustle of what would surely be various students wasting their time. It wasn’t any of his business, and frankly, he had much better plans than to make a fool of himself. He’s never been into it, annoyance very prominent on his face at all the little acts. Maybe that’s why he ditched his friends. The way they spoke getting on his nerves, the complaining, listening to them ramble on about which guy or girl they were planning to give chocolates to or whining that they couldn’t get a kiss. There’s only so much one man could take before he cracked. He would have taken refuge in his own room, probably should have really, but the walls were basically paper thin and hearing the laughter of his squad in Kirishima’s room wasn’t the kind of background noise he was hoping for. So he took refuge in the kitchen, pulling up a chair and making himself at home. Book in hand, chair tilted back at a dangerous angle threatening to fall over at any moment as Bakugou’s foot was pressed up against the table rocking himself gently back and forth. This was the kind of peace and quiet he needed. It was never that easy though. Hearing a familiar voice, red eyes moved from the book in hand to look up at the girl standing in the room. A blond brow raised slowly, eyeing her suspiciously. He let silence fill the room for a moment, before finally speaking up. “Sure, knock yourself out, round face.” His response if gruff, simply nodding his head towards one of the chairs beside him as if gesturing for her to join him. “Not with glasses or the nerd I see.” A simple observation on his part, but he couldn’t help the smug little grin that crossed his face at the prodding. “Shocked, really.”

He hated when people brought logic into a perfectly valid argument, especially when that logic actually made sense. “Tch- I don’t plan on doin’ anything. Meme - Accepting  A- Affection Bakugou is very subtle when it comes to showing his affection, as he’s not a guy who has his heart on his sleeve. However when you’re around him long enough you can start to notice a little pattern of things he may do. One of the biggest things is that he’s around you more. He’ll pick you out of the crowd simply to stand next to, or brush up against. He’ll be the one who seeks you out, or you’ll be the rare receiver of a text from Bakugou first. A lot of his affection also comes in taking care of those he cares about, and that can be shown in many ways. He may criticize what you do, yell at you, call you an idiot, but then he’ll go out of his way to try to remedy what he believes is the problem. For example, Bakugou is actually very health conscious. He firmly believes in eating well, exercising properly, getting a decent night’s sleep, and will get on your case about it if he notices you’re really lacking in the essentials. He especially will get his nose out of joint if he catches someone eating cheap corner store noodles, will bark at them and then make up some excuse like “Well I was already going to make myself dinner so sit your ass down and I’ll fucking feed you too since you can’t feed yourself” and while he’s rough around the edges, he truly cares. He’s also surprisingly touchy, for Bakugou standards, and will show his affection for someone in little ways. He wouldn’t push them off or shove them away with their touches and instead tolerate them, and depending on the situation may even return the favour with a very awkward pat or lean on someone. But most of his affection is shown with minor gestures. Studying with you, making sure you understand something, picking you for sparring, teaching you what he knows, he’d even give you his coat or scarf if he notices you shivering. Small praises and acknowledgements are also a huge part of it, and he will show a lot of concern if you’re hurt or ill and be there by your side.

He smirks as the other mirrors his charge his foot shifting slightly allowing the other to slam his face into his face trading his blow so that he can slam his own into the others gut. “Your open.”

When fists collided, there was that rush of adrenaline rushing through his veins. Like all his pent up anger and frustration was put into that single blow. It was met with a brutal force however, powerful fist hitting him and causing him to spit up as a choked out noise left his mouth at the blow.  “Bastard-” He spat out, wiping his mouth briefly before he tried to sweep his foot under the man to get him off balance, hand moving to shove him down on the ground.
