I just don’t think I was meant to exist in the first place. I think about all the crazy things that led to me being born. Dad lives 1,000 years, does weird ritual to become the only vampire who can procreate. Mom moves from foster home to foster home to end up in Mystic Falls. When Dad got sad and drunk, had a one-nighter with Mom, who was basically hate-banging him. Then, boom. Loophole. Miracle baby.

Can ya’ll believe just how much fanfic has skewed with our sense of how long something is? Like my ass can’t sit down to read a 3,000 word document for class but I can look at a 70,000 word fic like “oh that’s not too long, I can read that in a few hours.” 

When did 70,000 words become SHORT

How long were you involved/interested: 3 years

Most memorable thing about it: my best friend got me interested and so we were really close and most of our friendship revolved around it. This is the first fandom that really got me into the world of fandom and rp especially. This fandom drastically changed my life in the weirdest of ways lmao and I can’t believe I was once a lowly homestuck.

Favorite ship: none really I wasn’t much of a destiel person

Favorite episode/movie/book etc: s3e12 jus in bello, s5e8 changing channels, s2e14 born under a bad sign, many others. My favorite seasons are 1-4 and 10.

How long were you involved/interested: about a year roughly

Most memorable thing about it: this fandom got me into writing and reading fanfic on a new level. I never got involved in the fandom persay but I will hold this show dear to my heart for a very long time, though I hate season 12-present no shame no hate it’s just my opinion.
