Ok semi a Billy post/rant.

I HATE TIKTOK. I hate those stupid "we listen and we don't judge" tiktoks about stranger things and it's just people blatantly mischaracterizing every single character imaginable. I feel like half the people don't even watch the show. Some points I can see but saying Nancy's character is washed out because she's dating Jonathan is so blatantly wrong. Nancy has a good, well established character and her character is still growing no matter if she's dating a man. Don't even get me started Billy cause they're all the same. The put Jason on a high pedestal "he was just scared 🥺" and call Billy racist(he is no argument with that) and say he's an irredeemable monster. The Basketball team was always horrible to Lucas though, I'm pretty sure it's Canon they are racist to Lucas it's said in Lucas's little blog website (I forgot it sorry) Jason started a town wide mob and caused more chaos then good. Yes he's grieving but he's not any better than Billy? The scene he literally breaks a dudes arm??? People act like Billy wasn't actively being abused. Most of the shit he did to Max was ALSO because he was scared but we just choose to ignore it.

I am a huge fan of the hunger games, I've read almost all of the books except for the new one. But I swear to God if I see one more person on tiktok post there "my hunger games ideas! 🎀❤️" and plan out the most sadistic game of all time. Did you ignore everything that Susane Collins was going for? How we shouldn't be desensitized to violence?? And you proceed to make fake little arenas for characters to fight to the death in. DID YOU MISS THE POINT OF THE BOOKS?? WHY WOULD YOU MAKE THAT.

Date night under the stars with Billy!

You both sit on the thin blanket Billy had layed out in the ground, he had been telling you about this mystery date for weeks now. You were excited. Billy always planned fun dates, once it was the arcade then dinner, another time was taking you to a secluded spot in the forest where you could watch the fireflies and eat your favorite food. Any date Billy planned was alway fun.

You weren't sure what he had planned for tonight. The air cooled as the sun set, it was already the middle of fall so it was already chilly out. He draped his leather jacket over your shoulders, he stared into your eyes lovingly. A genuine smile on his face. It always made you have butterflies in your stomach.

You smile back at him, leaning in brushing your lips against his in a chaste kiss. As the night sky darkens, the stars appear more brighter. Billy points up, you gasp at the beautiful sight. You had never seen this many stars it was beautiful. You layed your head on his chest as you two looked up at the stars.

"You know... I'm not the best at saying this..." Billy spoke, you looked up at him as his hand reached into his pocket. "So... I got you something." He holds out a small black box handing it to you. "There's a note that goes with it..." Billy blushes, a rare sight. You'd only see it when he got all sweet and lovey dovey or when he was drunk.

"Thank you Billy." You smile happily. "Do you want me to open it now?" Billy bit his bottom lip. "You can... if you want." He responds. You slowly open the box, revealing a ring. It was beautiful, it was silver with a red gemstone in the middle, shaped like a heart. "Not much-" He starts to say before you kiss him. "Thank you, Billy!" You wrap your arms around him. "It's beautiful- it's perfect."

You look at him, his blush had deepened. It always amazed you, he was so shy around you when he tried to be emotional. It was cute. "So... is this like an engagement ring?" You tease slipping it onto your ring finger. Billy looks away. "Yes... or a promise ring." He mumbles before looking back up at you, running his fingers through your hair.

You kiss him once more smiling happily as you pull away. You roll to lay beside him. Looking up at the stars together. He gently grabs your hand, holding it in his. It was a beautiful moment. A peaceful one.
