Watching Sonic 06' and what was going on in the writing room...

Ok we have this princess who can't cry and Eggman is rocking 4 nipples in the redesign

Make the princess kiss Sonic while he's "unconscious" to wake him up

Also make the main villain a Shadow copy but with no mouth and more edge for 99% of the time he's on, but for the 1% he'll be even MORE edgier and purple with bloodshot eyes like me when I don't sleep for 2 days

Also make it so that Amy confuses Silver as Sonic, even though they don't look alike

Like I remember the plot not being that good, but this is a new level of bad I didn't know existed.

That One Night

A short story, based on @hayweerc's new AU - Candy Man

Words: 859

Warnings: Murder, Sonadow

Shadow was looking down on a poor fellow gullible enough to sneak into the factory, thinking they were undetectable. Sadly for the perpetrator, Shadow was able to see through the night like it was day. He was frothing at the mouth from the poisoned chocolate Shadow “gave” him to eat. He chuckled at how easy it was for people to think so highly of themselves, and how they are the top of the world. It’s childish, childish thoughts that Shadow would make them know that isn’t reality.

Once the body stopped moving, he then took it upon himself to drag the body away and store it in the factory. He disposed of it by throwing the body into the body pit. Filled with the corpses like the assailant. Over-confident, and foolish. Once the body went down the pit, Shadow was ready to call it day. Feeling happy about the day ending on a high note, until, he heard his name from a familiar voice.

“Shads? I broke my hand off… again.”

It was Sonic, his own creation. Just like he said his left hand was broken off, with him holding it with his left hand.

“Geez, can’t you go a day without having me fixing you up?” Shadow sneered a little, but actually liked when he needed to fix his own creation, almost like a father.

As for Sonic, he felt a bit embarrassed about this happening again, he doesn’t remember how many times he has broken off his own body, just for the sake of curiosity.

Shadow took Sonic to his office, so that he could meld back the candy together, using whatever spare parts he still had lying around. It didn’t need that much to get it back together, but it was just taking a while because of Sonic’s unwillingness to stay still.

“Will you quit moving, you’re making this harder than it is!” Shadow didn’t want to admit that he didn’t care as much as he’s making it seem like, because it allowed him to stay with Sonic just a little more.

“Sorry, Shads, it's hard for me to stand still, just a bit of nerves from today.” A lot of guests were at the store, more than usual, for some reason Sonic couldn’t understand. There wasn’t a new flavor, or a sale going on. Shadow would usually warn Sonic ahead of time for an influx of guests arriving, but he guessed that Shadow wasn’t prepared either for the high demand today.

“Today was a busy day, huh?” Sonic tried to initiate small talk with Shadow, but Shadow was too focused on fixing his hand back onto his arm, “You seem a bit stressed, I don’t know if it's just what happened today, or if you just…”

“Will you let me finish?”

“Sorry.” Sonic then quieted himself, allowing Shadow to continue without noise or interrupting him. Sonic looked over at Shadow, while he was repairing his arm, and felt his face blushing a little. He didn’t know what took over him for a moment, but it was a feeling he had felt before when Shadow was repairing him. He doesn’t know if it is because of Shadow’s hands touching his own, or the closeness he feels with Shadow. It was a feeling he only felt towards Shadow, and during the time they were alone. He was able to tell that Shadow was done once he felt his hand back onto his arm again.

“There, it should be back to normal, be careful for the next couple of days, the candy will need time to harden itself, and I don’t want to have to fix you again so quickly.” Shadow explained

Sonic looked at his melded hand, and felt grateful to Shadow for helping him, even though it was like all the other times Shadow helped him. He then hugged Shadow out of the blue, to both himself and Shadow. Shadow was about to push Sonic away, but then felt a warmth in his heart, and embraced the hug that Sonic was giving. For just a second, until he pushed Sonic away out of embarrassment.

“What are you doing?” Shadow asked

“I.. I don’t know what came over me, I just did it without thinking” Sonic was trying to come up with a reason why he did what he did, but his mind was drawing a blank.

Shadow looked at Sonic, and stood up from his chair, “Remember, don’t do anything stupid and allow the candy to harden. Got it?”

Sonic gave a quick nod.

“Good, now, I need to get going now, I may be gone for a bit, but I'll be back before tomorrow night. I don't want anything bad happening to this place while I'm gone, and I'll be blaming you if anything does go wrong, Sonic."

Sonic nodded again.

Shadow then left the office, confused about what just happened in the office, and how he wanted to stay with Sonic, but knew that he couldn’t because he had some... important business to attend to. While Sonic, still frozen inside the office, doesn’t know what overcame him, and how he was just able to hug him, when he knows how much Shadow doesn’t like physical contact. Both were confused at the other's actions, and what they did. But secretly did they know…

they each wanted more of what happened that night.

(I wrote this in like an hour, so I'll look back to see if there are any errors)

The next chapter in Blood Moon, Renewal, is now on AO3! This one took a while because of me trying to figure out my writing process and also how much I had at the time! I hope now I can work on this a little bit more.

A New Chance - Preview 2/Update

“It’s a custom made inhibitor ring, using the schematics of the one that…” he looked at Sonic, “you stole, I was able to look up Shadow’s pact he made, and how it works in the castle’s library.”

Shadow wondered, “Wait… how does your castle have any info about our secret pact at all? I thought it was never known by the wider public?”

Tails smirked, “The castle’s library has decades of history within it, and within those halls laid this.” He picked up a book that had the title, Hemocraft History. “ I scoured the pages looking for anything about the Profane Soul, and found quite a lot about the origins of it.”

Hi, It's been a while, I started another story (The Blue and Red Blur) and also have been really trying to find a rhythm of how I want to go foreword with my writing process. I think I found a way that allows me to not feel rushed to just upload it once I get it finished (that's a mindset I had in high school, and was going to keep, until I realized that this isn't for a grade anymore) so I never took a look back to revise, because of that mentality. It's a dumb mentality I know, but since this is something I'm doing for fun, I can go at my own pace.

Anyways I want to let you guys know that, from now on, expect the chapter releases to be more spread out. I don't want make myself feel like I have a deadline anymore, and also allow me to actually take time to revise and edit (which is a hard thing for me to do, because I hated that in school) before publishing it first. I'm not going to make any promises, but I feel like now, I feel a lot better about my process.

I'll let you know that this chapter is now fully written out now, I just need to go through and make edits (maybe have others give feedback as well, this is also something that I hated in school) before releasing this.

The first chapter of my first original fanfic, The Blue and Red Blur, is published on AO3! This is a story I've wanted to write about after reading The Secret in our Quills by @nebrasska-alasska and wanting to rewatch the movies again also got me inspired as well, and how Shadow reveals his survival to Sonic and slowly in The Secret in Our Quills, or not so slowly in my case, you'll see :) to the Wachowski's.

A Preview of my first original Sonic Fanfic - The Blue and Red Blur

This fanfic will be taking place in the movie universe and will be after Sonic 3.

Here's a little preview of the introduction of this story:

Sonic and Tails were both looking at the deck in the middle of the board. Both in anticipation for what Sonic's card would be, if he was able to draw a 3, his final piece would reach home and he would be declared the winner. If he wasn’t able to go, Tails would be able to move his final piece to home if he got a 5. Sonic’s hand was trembling as he went to pick up what fate lies for him.

“Come on guys, this isn’t going to kill you.”

Tom’s voice shot through both of them, and both immediately counteracted with different reasons why they were like this.

“Tom, you know that if I don’t win this game of Sorry, that I have to do the dishes for the rest of the month! You know how I hate water and especially having to clean the dishes.” Sonic spat out, still with his hand out, almost touching the deck, gagging at the possible outcome of the game.

“Yeah, you know why this game is so important to us, and I didn’t know that Sonic,” Tails points towards the blue hedgehog with the same posture as he saw a blue-suited defense lawyer did once on TV, “made this deal knowing that he was the one picking the game for family game night. He was trying to cheat, before we even started playing!”

Sonic smirked and gave a little chuckle, silently confessing that Tails was telling the truth. He knew that this bet was one he couldn’t lose, he hated doing the dishes and needed every advantage he could get.

This story I will be working on along side my fanstory of Bound by Chaos by @hayweerc - Blood Moon. I just wanted to have more options for what I wanted to work on when I have time to write. Don't worry though, I'm about halfway done with my next chapter for Blood Moon, called A New Chance (which I will release another preview soon). I don't want to just quit after putting this much effort into it, and just let it go incomplete.

A New Chance - Preview

“Heya, Tails! How are you doing?” Sonic was enthusiastic that his brother wasn’t collapsing on the floor from exhaustion, he seems to have actually gotten some sleep after what happened last night.

“I’m fine Sonic, just wondering about something about last night.” He responds

“Wondering about what?” Sonic pressed, curious about his brother’s thoughts

“I’m just remembering what happened last night, and how Shadow was able to gain back control over himself during a blood moon, and how it happened. I know you stabbed him with a dagger that he enchanted and wondered if I could create something that he can enchant that doesn’t require him to be stabbed.” Tails answered while walking down and up his stand, Sonic leaned on the counter while Tails was talking also wondering the same thing.

“Are you saying that you may be able to weaken the connection Shadow has with this… entity?” Sonic was about to say Black Doom, but then realized that he had only told him the entity he was bonded with, and didn’t want to betray Shadow’s trust like that.“I mean it's just a wild theory that I came up with, I just thought of it while looking for everyone last night, and I have no idea how hemocraft works or what the deal did to Shadow, but I may be able to come up with something if I had a sample of his blood, I could analyze it and maybe find a way to lessen the connection Shadow has.”

Sorry I've been gone for a bit, I just had graduation and also jobs searching have taken a lot of energy from me, but I'm back and getting back into writing this story again. This part is going to focus more moving the plot foreword instead of focusing on the relationships between the characters (and trauma dumping them).

I don't have a set date for this chapter's release, but I'm hoping to get it done before the end of next week.

“ESPIO!”

He shuddered a little at recalling the scream. Espio was holding Silver’s hand with his non-robotic hand, and felt a gentle tug from it.

“You ok Espio?” Silver caught on to his partner being distracted by something else, he saw the eyes constantly dart back and forth like they were on alert for an attack from anywhere.

Espio sighed a little, he wanted to talk about the battle with the golem with Silver, and help ease the pains inside his heart, but didn’t want to recall a painful memory for him, especially in front of the hedgehog most affected by his sacrifice. Though, he feels like it's something he shouldn’t be closed off about, and this would allow them to heal these deep cuts within themselves.
