Update, 05.05.2019:
First of all, thanks to the community who shared my entry, I received a refund of my paid amount on 04.05.2019 at 23:43 (CET).
But sadly it proves, that the book has never been shipped in the first place :( Thanks again, to everyone who reblogged, reacted and commented.
I’m happy, that this exhausting race is finally over.
Refund for a never received Inktober book
So apparently I’m not the only one facing this problem and I talked to several people about this problem now. All my communication tryouts went into the abyss, since this artist doesn’t seem to care about it’s customers. Normally, I’m not the type to do this. But I can’t keep silent anymore.
Sorry for shouting and calling out in public AGAIN. But I tried the normal communication way since November 2018, and it’s going on awfully long.
Since you only get to action, when calling you out, here is my personal story to share:
Back in May 2018, almost one year ago, I ordered @inimeitiel s Inktober Collection ‘Astra Inclinant’ - paid via PayPal and was super happy, I could preorder this book, since I really loved the Inktober illustrations she did. The order date was 16.05.2018. Asked her via extra message in TicTail, if she could include the commission I once requested from her and she answered “okay, no problem”.
There have been some problems with the printer of the books, and since @inimeitiel still cared to this time span, she informed her customers about the delay regarding the problems. But then, she stopped sharing any information at all. She also started to ignore mails and direct messages - so the first time I asked where my book is - was in November 2018. Via her email, I contacted her two times within 4 weeks, but no answer, no reply. Also no reaction to my DM, which I sent via Instagram. Feeling super helpless, I decided to call her out in my story, to gather attention about the problem - this happened first in March 2019.
So you can see, before I went the public step, I waited for nearly 5 months for a proper response - her answer was not satisfying. She told me, that no email has been delivered - and also the DM wasn’t showing up in her Instagram. Being happy, finally getting an answer I was deciding to stay patient for some more time.
On March 19th 2019, she posted a picture in her story on Instagram, with a bag full of packed Inktober books, and I thought “Oh finally she is taking care of it!” - but… this was also only for show? Afterwards some italian customers posted “It’s here” stories, but still a lot of people were missing their books, including me.
So I messaged her again, asking for the tracking number she promised to share, as soon as the mail has been sent out. AGAIN. NO. REACTION. After another shout out, she told “I’ll send you the number in a moment, sorry again” on April 16th 2019. And guess what. No tracking number. Still no book.
On April 25th of 2019, I asked AGAIN for the tracking number, but also after shouting her out, NO tracking number, NO book.
So this Tuesday, April 30th 2019, I snapped, and I posted ANOTHER story mentioning her, that I want a refund. She didn’t react this time. Because why should she? She already got my money, and it seems she doesn’t really care, if she looses a customer this way.
Next step: on May 2nd 2019, I commented directly under her current images. It is a dick move, but otherwise I wouldn’t have her attention. So I decided to ask in one of my comments, if anyone else is facing this problem, that she doesn’t answer to mail or DMs and if anyone else does feel betrayed by her too.
The comment has been deleted, but I guess some people saw it. Luckily someone did and encouraged me to write this posting.
@inimeitiel: I no longer want this game of yours to play. I paid your book after I placed the order immediately. And you should do the same and finally give my money back, if you aren’t willing to fulfill your side of the buying contract.
I don’t want this book any longer, I just want a refund.
You’re not only losing a customer, but a fan of your work. I’m truly disappointed, that someone like you I was looking up to, could treat her customers so bad.
Please finally act.
This is also a message to everyone out there, who wants to order something from @inimeitiel : it’s up to you, if you want to deal with this huge amount of stress, ordering and never receiving something.

This ACEO was a little experiment, since I wanted to test my airbrush for the background. The airbrush is actually an air pump, in which you can fasten a Marker and get nice airbrush effects by pumping by hand.
So have a little Bill Cipher, with a very experimental background!

And I proceed submitting Gravity Falls fanart XD
This one requested Ford and Dipper, so I drew them filling out the journal together :) I’m really happy about the outcome, especially Grunkle Ford, which I colored here for the first time :)

Luckily I was chosen to draw Pearl for an awesome Steven Universe Fanart Project on Facebook! I’m really in love with her design and character, so I started drawing my contribution <3
Hope you like it <3 :)
It was kind off strange, drawing her in my regular drawing style, but actually that was one of the rules for participating xD well well, I hope you still like her also in my style hehe :D

“On my business card, I am a corporate president.  In my mind, I am a game developer.  But in my heart, I am a gamer.”
Satoru Iwata (1959-2015)
Mr. Iwata was a brilliant and dedicated man.  He brought joy and laughter to children and adults alike.  His legacy will continue to live on for generations to come.
Thank you, Mr. Iwata, for all that you have done for me as well as many other fans.  Your hard work has personally helped me through many hardships I faced in life, and it is with much sadness to see you go.  Thank you so much, Mr. Iwata, for everything you contributed to the gaming industry–your fans are forever grateful.
