If trench warfare were made-up, it would be the most on-the-nose anti-war satire ever created. Bunch of young men shooting at each other from inside open graves, slowly rotting even as they fight to stay alive. Every so often, they get to move a few hundred metres to dig a new grave for themselves somewhere else and this is called a victory.

Mod! Sugar takes! Or Umami takes!
Umami contains a bit of salt AND sugar so okay here it is: the Legend of the Three Caballeros was fantastic, but was and is hugely slept on.

It was superbly animated, in character, fun, colourful, musical, and had a lot of worldwide cultural exploration (albeit in a silly toon stereotype way). It had a satisfying overarching plot, good messages, was made by a great team, and was basically sabotaged by Disney with how mind boggling poorly it was handled and showcased.
For the hard bitten duck comic nerd in me I admit that it deviated from the traditional 3 Cab lore and some of their characteristics were simplified, but I understand why and it overall represented the characters pretty damn well, and certainly in a way that new viewers could understand. If they'd had more time I am certain they'd have gotten into more depth with that, and I am going to die mad that it never got so much as a season two it DESERVED. SO MUCH. BETTER.

TL:DR this show was GOOD
what the FUCK ARE YOU DOING DISNEY.

What kinds of dinosaur would you pick as a familiar?
Either a spinosaurus, stegosaurus, or velociraptor.

What if abilities changed the appearance of a Pokemon?
Have a silly lizr this time! I wasn't planning on doing Sceptile at first since starters often have the most boring basic abilities - but Sceptile's are actually pretty neat!
So here's "is all the veggies", "ate all the veggies" and "had spicy veggies.
Other Ability Forms posts!

my favorite thing about “fbi/nsa agent monitoring my computer” things is it implies that there is at least one agent for every single person on earth with a computer
