Realityfade haul!!

I got a Megalodon tee + CD and also a Dissection by Amphibian Cd. I also got a Guttural Slug and by The Dark Prison Massacre sticker

First review:

Guttural Slug - Megalodon (2013)

Vocals: MG

Genre: Slamming Brutal Death Metal

Themes: Gore, Death, Insanity

This is not the first album of Guttural Slug however it is probably the most recognisable album of theira. To start off this absolute masterpiece of an album the band leads you into the depths of the sea with the travk “Sirenens Kald” which howevers hits you like a hammer in the face with gutturals so inhumane that you may shit your pants.

The next track “Eye Of The Cyclops” can only be described as an absolute showcase of MG’s (at that time) 16-17 years old voice. And shall I say, it’s pretty insane how much he could do at only 16.

The next track… is probably the best track of this album in my opinion. I’m talking about “Hacksaw Surgery”. The absolute brutality and the fact it actually has lyrics is absolutely insane.. however idk who told them that they can rev up a hacksaw…

The next two tracks “Pandemic Apocalypse” and “Paranormal Evisceration” are kinda similar but they go hand in hand with their heaviness, weighing almost as much as the average mobility scooter american…

The second to last song “Isolated Insanity” is an absolutely groovy one. The track is in my opinion too short for how good it is…

Moving onto the last track.. “Eyes of Abomination “. This one is interesting since it is a cover. The band they covered is Malodorous however if I may say so it is better than the original, the vocals of MG here really make the track so much more memorable.

Overall rating: 10/10
