Erm, isn’t MC gender neutral in the game? There is no she/her, it’s they/them. Just because MC is a pink sheep does not mean that they can only be female. If the game wanted female fans only, they would have made the MC she/her.

That’s why so many people are in love with this game, because it is gender neutral. So many dating sims and otome games have the standard “young woman with brown hair, white pale fair skin, and brown eyes” as their MC. They immediately label their MC so much to where it can be hard for certain ones to relate to it. Obey Me! is their haven of peace. Males, Non-binary, and or Trans peoples don’t have to worry about not being accepted or not because every aspect of the game is built around YOU — the MC, not the characters or what the devs want. You can’t say it’s a girl’s game because it isn’t and wasn’t made to be that way.

And even if MC was identified as a female in the game, males have a right to play the game still… I mean it’s free and it’s not like they can’t just replace the pronouns with their own when they read the dialogue. The males of Obey Me! are just as into it as y’all, instead of detesting them, love and accept them as fellow fans.

Ladies, stop trying to take everything away from the guys, learn how to share. 🙄✋

Brothers Reacting to trans!MC (FTM)

These are my headcanons of a Transman MC and how the brothers would react. I’ll be posting the side characters next. By the way this isn’t in order of age this is in order of who found out.

WARNING!! SPOILERS!! This was also prior to legal name and gender change and also prior to any transition surgeries. ONLY after taking testosterone!

Lucifer

He sees your file before you came to Devildom, meaning he’d see the F next to the gender status on your file.

He wouldn’t have informed any of his brothers about the sex of the exchange student as he didn’t want him (Asmo ahem ahem) to act too weird about it.

But as soon as he meets you in person he’s confused.. You look very masc (due to testosterone)

He’d ask you about it and you’d explain, very awkwardly ofc as that topic is funky sometimes

Lucifer would not give a shit.. He’d call you He/Him and your preferred name

He’d explain it to Diavolo for you so Diavolo would do the same.. (Barbatos would most likely also piece it together and ask you about it)

On days of bad dysphoria he doesn’t really know what to do but he always just sits with you and calls you a “good boy”

 Mammon

Lucifer would most likely tell him since he’d introduce you with your deadname to him.

It became a rule that Mammon used your right name when talking to or about it (if not he’d be hung from the ceiling fan ofc)

Mammon wouldn’t really care… He never uses your name anyway, he just calls you “stupid human”

When he first met you he automatically assumed that you were a boy so he used he/him for you already, wasn’t a problem

He makes it obvious that his feelings toward you wouldn’t be any different no matter the gender you identified with (or if you even had none in the first place)

He’s very very protective of your gender and identity! He doesn’t like to show it but he’s very loving and caring about it

On days with bad dysphoria he will make a nest of blankets and pillows for you… Nothing more needs to be said

Asmo

There are two ways he’d find out, 1. he’d find out by busting into your room while you’re changing.. 2. When he’s all cuddly with you after making a pact with you he’d feel it, but he wouldn’t bring it up to you at that moment.

If he found it out while cuddling then he’d bring it up to you once you two had a moment of privacy, you’d explain and he’d find it really interesting.

Not much would be said to you about it

He’d be more cautious when asking you to take a bath with him as he’s aware you’re uncomfortable with your body

On days of bad dysphoria he’d come and cut your hair, pick a more masculine outfit, and call you a “pretty boy” quite often 

He feels more protective and loving toward you than he has with literally anyone else he’s ever met, and he makes it obvious

Satan & Levi

They found out at the same time.. Literally the exact same time

This took place when Lucifer and Satan switched bodies, they got put into that video game and Levi made you the heroine.

The outfits they wore changed completely, everything! This means that you were given a bra instead of a chest binder, plus you were given a female uniform

This caused you to panic and run away

Levi turned to talk to you but noticed you were gone.

Mammon soon panicked and went running to find you, Lucifer kept Satan and Levi in the classroom to explain what was happening.

Mammon found you in the boys bathroom, you were pushing your breasts against your chest trying to get it to be flat again.

He would most likely give you his uniform’s jacket to cover up the curves you have as there’s not much he could do while they were in the game, but he planned to do anything he could to comfort you upon leaving the game

You two went back to the others after Mammon got you to stop crying

Levi absolutely attacked you with a hug and apologies, he felt as if he were the cause for your panic attack

You had to reassure him that it was alright and that that was quite a normal reaction to your body

Satan didn’t really say much to you at that moment, but once alone he asked a few questions to understand it more, but out of everyone he did understand it the best (thanks books!! (Little extra thing, they’d all call you handsome upon running into you in the game <3 Levi and Mammon would have a hard time though because of being flustered.))

On bad dysphoria days Satan would wrap you tight in like, 2-3 blankets and read you a book about masculine culture or transgender history

On bad dysphoria days for Levi he’d panic quite a lot, he wouldn’t know what to do so he’d just awkwardly hold you and let you play any videogame you wanted, he’d try to take the weight off your chest but he would be exploding in embarrassment.. Idk how else to explain it lol

Beel

He’s obviously the next to know, you would think that he’d learn about it when sharing a room with you but no, you always changed in the bathroom until you got your room back

When sharing a room with him you’d wear a pretty big T-Shirt that hid your curves with pajama pants :)

It took him absolutely FOREVER to find out! And the way he found out was during you helping him work out.

You sat on his back and he felt you missing something but didn’t question it as pants do tend to hide it

He discovered it when using you as a dumbbell.. He felt your chest binder and your the slight breast feeling on your chest

He quickly set you down and asked you what it was and you’d explain

He was still unsure what it meant but he tried his best to understand.

This wouldn’t change anything at all, he’d treat you the same no matter what

When you’re having a really bad dysphoria day he’d wrap you in blankets and cover you with pillows, he’d also get you food, but most of it would be gone by the time he got back to you as he ate a lot of it. HE TRIES THOUGH!!
