Pre-menstrual depression is always depicted as like "He He! I had a box of icecream bars and cried while watching the Titanic!" But in reality, it's more like, "I'm standing the edge of an abyss. There is nothing good inside of me, I'm filled with rage and desperation."

It's crazy that being told how to deal with that is never a part of anyone's menstrual sex education.

I've been trying to stay away from anything AI because I think it's just.. icky for different reasons. I did have an app to help make scenes in my writing projects.. in one of these, a fanfic of sorts, Layne Staley had a set of twins with an unknown woman who died in childbirth a year before he passes.. the son of course is his doppelganger.

So just to bring a more visual thought to "who would look like him, but not", because of course no one ever will... I used the AI app with the prompt "Layne Staley as a teen in 2020", and I'm so not disappointed...

Ok Alice in Chains fans... I'm losing my mind. I KNOW there is a video of Sean Kinney, playing, where he has white highlights or whisps of it in his hair.. I want to say Duvall era cuz it was shorter hair, and am leaning towards Rainier Fog. I was going to take note of it but now can't find anything no matter how much I look. So maybe someone else knows I'm not completely lost here.
