I am posting this photo and tagging some of the surgeons I know to let them know how much I value their dedication, hard work and passion towards their job. I‘m aware how others can’t see how you treat your patients and only focus on your weaknesses. I’m against those people who are shaming you when you’re sleeping during duty hours, not knowing how many patients you’ve seen and treated, giving you no time to take even a nap. These bloody hands somehow represent how they dedicate their own lives just to serve and save yours.
