A portrait of my fantastic cocktail last night at @sitka.and.spruce ... Blossom: Suntory Toki Whiskey, dry vermouth, and elderflower. I guess if cocktails are $14 everywhere now, at least I'm not so pissed about it when they're actually good. Fast forward to our next stop @foreign.national where I was able to continue the theme with Osaka No. 1: Suntory Toki, vermouth blanc, yuzu, orgeat, Ardbeg and anise smoke. I don't even know what anise smoke is, but the cocktail was so damn good I jumped up and down. Friday night cocktail game strong, Seattle. #cocktails #capitolhill #drinkup (at Melrose Market)
