New Years Resolutions

Like so many of you, my New Years Resolution is getting back in shape, eating cleaner/healthier, and for me, a target goal of losing the 15 pounds that crept up on me over the last year....I refuse to buy bigger sized clothing when I know I feel better at a slightly smaller size.  And that's really what it's all about, right?! How You Feel! So to kick off getting back in shape I've started with KettleWorx.  It's a 6 week series of Cardio, Core, & Resistance workouts utilizing a kettle ball weight.  As a working mom, it's perfect because I don't have to leave the house and each workout is only 20 min. long - This is how I start my day!  Today I finished my 2nd week and along with eating right, have already dropped 4 pounds!
