The longest my natural nails have been for a long time. Twice daily oiling with avocado oil from Sally's, and a good Emory board to prevent snags have helped keep them smooth and strong. This is a double stamp manicure, with a clear base and top coat . Makes me feel fancy yet dangerous 😆

Been a long time since I had any time to paint my nails. These are the last 2 weeks. The brown is Suzy loves Cowboys by OPI and the red is Afters by Butter London. I really like that brand, it always goes on smooth, but the darker colors always need a few coats for full coverage.

Felt floral with a pop today. Neon orange checker stamps with tips, topped by a stamped flower set.

Feeling kinda fancy now. Still got the shaky hand though, so my right is a bit off, but whatever.

Nothing quite like a good buff and a strengthening coat to smooth and shine them up. ❤

Saw this color at the grocery store and just had to. It's called Bite, by Sinful Colors, and says it dries in 1 minute, plus cherry oil. The dry time is almost true, but its a bit thin, so this is 3 coats. Like most glitters its really gritty, and even after 2 top coats I can still feel the texture. These pics are with flash. Its a little subdued in regular lighting.

Finally had time to paint my nails. Unfortunately I also had a bad case of tremors when trying to nail the stripes. Does anyone else suddenly get shaky when doing detail work? At least they're painted now, despite looking like trash. 🙁

Boring, sure, but at least they're painted now. I had to cut them down after a catostrophic break and after a couple of secondary tears, they're finally long enough to do SOMETHING with. It sucks so bad because when they're this short, they seem to be super soft and flexible, which makes them tear easy.🙁

We're gonna get a new movie tonight, so my son suggested Pikachu nails. These were easier than I thought, but my hands seem to be getting shakier and shakier. Whatever, he came out ok, and now I'm ready to see Detective Pikachu!
