Ok this is really dumb & solely limited to what I’ve seen in Skyrim because I’m a #fake fan of TES and have literally only ever played Skyrim so do not take this genuinely seriously. Like this is the silliest headcanon EVER do not genuinely take this to heart . But male high elves having lower testosterone levels than the other mer or humanoid races. Stay with me now. Like this seems like a weird niche hc until you think abt it yknow.

Although it’s not like there aren’t ANY high elves out there w/ facial hair they seem to be pretty sparse compared to the other elven races & they tend to have less muscle mass??? Like the default setting for a high elf is the LOWEST OPTION on the muscular scale compared to the other races that start out at medium or max. That & the higher + smoother voices do u see what I mean. Someone out there. Anyone. All this bearing in mind I am not an elder scrolls expert and again I’m only talking based off of my experiences playing SKYRIM. But it’s become this weirdly specific headcanon now that high elf men just naturally have lower testosterone levels.
