I am in pain constantly. I am overwhelmed by my emotions constantly. But at the same time I feel so empty all the time. How is it even fucking possible to feel everything and nothing all at once? How is it fucking possible that I feel like my emotions so fucking intense they cause me physical pain, but also feel so fucking empty? What the actual fuck is that? I just want to be okay, all I want is to not be so fucking miserable anymore.

Bpd culture is feeling like always being the one to ask how someone else is doing first and then getting an episode because if you don't ask it first no one asks you how you're doing and apparently people don't give a fucking shit about you

bpd culture is constant urge to talk a lot and overshare but being able to do it only if you’re 100% sure other person really wants to listen to you (and stopping when they get slightly distracted or you notice a slightest change in their voice or eyes or anything else)
