hi! so sorry if this is annoying, but i was wondering where you got your copy of the n2n proshot? PBS isn't available where i live and i am desperately looking for a copy 😭

Hiya! It’s not annoying don’t worry! My copy of the proshot was ripped from the PBS website so it’s direct from there!

There’s 2 versions of the proshot circulating. A copy from PBS and a leaked (earlier?) version that hasn’t been censored but has an intermission and a timestamp in the top left corner.

This was my reminder to actually try find time to go to the production in Vienna…

Hi. Is there any chance you (or any of your marvelous followers( know why there aren't any scheduled performances of the Vienna production in July and August? Also, is it likely to extend into 2026 or be transferred to another city/country?

So I could be very wrong about this, but my recollection is that some European theaters take a summer break? I believe the Prague production also used to do that as well. So that could explain it. When I looked it up, I did find some old web pages stating that Raimund Theater, and other theaters under VBW, take a summer break, but unfortunately those web pages are also defunct so, alas.

I can't really speak to extensions, I'm sure that will all be based on ticket prices, cast availability, and so on, but so far the production seems to be doing pretty well. I do know that it is not being treated as a touring production but as a sit-down, and I've also heard rumors that this will be the last time the restaging will be used (but knowing CamMack, never say never). And given that the European Tour is also going around and visiting many European cities that do not have their own dedicated Phantom production, I think it's kind of unlikely that it will head elsewhere? But again, one never knows.
