Armando puzzles. Un par de veces agregué el puzzle del rinoceronte en su repisa pero no comprendía cómo jugar, se frustraba porque la foto se “rompía” cuando la quería agarrar y no lograba armarlo. Ha estado jugando a cortar las frutas de madera, y creo que ese armar y desarmar lo ayudó a que ayer, cuando le mostré la canastita con el león y el rino, se puso a intentar armarlos y comprendió rápidamente cómo jugar. Durante la tarde volvió varias veces a las piezas y trajo a sus animalitos para emparejarlos! La caja trae más (gorila, cocodrilo, elefante, zebra) que voy a ir agregando de a poco. Algunos tienen tres piezas, así que esos serán los últimos. Acá está mirando un libro de Roma que permite comparar como era la Antigua Roma con las ruinas actuales. Le encanta mover las diferentes páginas superpuestas y que digamos: “así era antes, así es ahora”. Lo encontró un día mientras sacaba y ponía en su lugar libros de nuestra biblioteca, y desde entonces ¡en uno de sus favoritos! . . . Le encanta completar este tipo de puzzles, aunque a veces no logra colocar las partes para que encastren correctamente. Muchos de estos puzzles vienen solo con la forma, y se frustraba al no poder completarlos. Por eso escaneé las piezas, las imprimí (las de herramientas y camiones en blanco y negro, las de frutas y verduras a color) y las pegué con cinta adhesiva doble. Ahora los disfruta mucho más, y cuando esté listo para otro desafío es muy fácil sacar los papeles y que solo tenga las formas como guía. Y si las despega o se rompen, se pueden volver a imprimir. . . . He loves completing these kind of puzzles, even though sometimes he can’t place the parts correctly in their place. Many of these come with only the shape as guides, and they are a bit frustrating for him. That is why I scanned the pieces, printed them (the tools and vehicles in black & white, fruits & vegetables in colour), and stuck them with double-sized tape. He enjoys them a lot now, and when he’s ready for a new challenge, I will unstick the papers. Un poco de arte con pintura hecha con harina, sal, agua y colorantes de comida. Es tan fea que, después de probarla una vez, decidió que era mejor pintar que comerla! Además de usar los dedos, usó un pincel de silicona y logró diferentes trazos. Esta pintura es muy fácil de limpiar, incluso de la pared y de mi ropa 😂😅 . . . Some art with edible home-made paint (flour, salt, water, food colouring). It tastes so bad that after he tried it once, he decided it would be better for painting than eating! He used his fingers as well as a silicone brush to create different strokes. ¡Este planisferio es una de sus cosas favoritas! Le encanta señalar los animales para que le digamos el nombre, buscarlos y señalarlos cuando le preguntamos ¿dónde está...?, y poner sus animalitos de plástico junto a los que corresponden en el mapa. Lo ha ayudado a ampliar el vocabulario (no dice los nombres pero reconoce y señala todos los animales en el mapa). . . . This world map is one of his favourite things! He loves pointing at the animals asking us to say their names, finding and pointing at them when we ask: where is the...?, and matching his plastic animals figures to the ones on the map. En uno de los estantes de mi hijo puse estos juguetes para ayudarlo con la motricidad fina, coordinación mano-ojo, y el uso conjunto de las dos manos. La cabina telefónica es una alcancía de metal en donde pone los palitos de helado. El huevito es de plástico tiene un pollito de goma adentro. El palito para tocar el xilófono sirve para colocar las cuentas de madera sin que se caigan por el extremo. . . . ~~~~ In one of our shelves, I placed these toys to help my son with his fine motor skills, eye-hand coordination, and the use of both hands together. The telephone booth is a metal piggy bank where he has to place the wooden sticks. The plastic egg has a rubber chick inside. De visita en lo de los abuelos jugamos con sus animales favoritos: el rinoceronte 🦏 y el elefante 🐘. En un momento, y sin que nadie le dijera, les empezó a dar de comer palitos y pastitos y los puso a tomar agua. En casa los hace caminar y señala sus partes, pero allí, al tener otros elementos, utilizó lo que hemos visto en algunos documentales de tv espontáneamente. 💚💚 . . . ~~~~ At my parents’ house, we played with my son’s favourite animals: the rhino 🦏 amd the elephant 🐘.
