******STRAWBERRY AND GINGER****** *******SOURDOUGH PANCAKES******* . . I absolutely love pancakes and that is the second thing I learned how to make when I was a kid. I don't make pancakes so much anymore but I will start to. I have a pretty good recipe for your typical pancake. I have to say pancakes is always a specialty of mine and I've just gotten better at it. The fact that it sourdough is perfect. As far as what I put on my pancake I stopped eating regular syrup about 20 years ago. Since then I use maple syrup, honey, agave, molasses and preserves of any kind. I love date syrup also. The ginger just came to me as an idea because I was making the tea and I wanted to get a lot in my system besides the tea. I mean it could hurt right?
