Video
youtube
After playing around with the time-lapse video feature on my phone, I decided to put together a full video of some of the major streets in Vancouver. I was planning on putting it out to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of us moving to BC (which occurred at the end of Feb 2014) as you may have noticed…this video is a bit late. T____T
Sorry for the bad quality of Gastown, the light reflections and cobblestone roads don’t allow for a very good clip! Other downtown streets were too short and/or slow moving and didn’t have as nice of an effect.

I haven't posted any photos in a very long time, and after having moved two provinces westward for work, a husband I want to enjoy our new lives with and a very adorable, active & demanding baby, it will probably continue to be very rare.
However, after having moved to beautiful British Columbia, I will try to post a few photos when I fluke on a really good one, as I feel it is necessary for me to try & capture why I've wanted to move here ever since I was a young teenager.
This one in particular I found to be very interesting, how just the tiny peek of the sky can be seen at the bottom of the famous East Van sign.

Banana Bunches
Arranged bunches of bananas that are local to the Philippines served at my family reunion - they are smaller (about half the size of the North American variety), sweeter and very delicious!
