Four Cats and A Dog. Sunday August 19th
Update on the kittens, Tiny stopped feeding them and taking care of them altogether so we took them to a local non-kill shelter where they are currently being taken care of. Tiny is doing well, she’s in heat, again, so we have her separated from the others. Here’s a picture of Buddha after he fell asleep sniffing my starburst. And him being a cute loaf.

Four Cats and A Dog Here’s what I was able to get of them. Since they live under my bed and don’t see much sun I didn’t want to over load them with the flash. (Bright side I found where Tiny took my yellow and blue dress. ) they’re all doing really well, healthy and full of life. I’ll be posting more about them today.

Saturday, August 4th
More post and and update on the cats and little moon will be coming soon! Sorry about the late post, I’ve been caught in a bit of a mental rough patch but taking care of the kitten with Tiny has been helping a lot.
I’ll be posting pictures of everyone tomorrow and a few videos of Moon running and being cute tomorrow!

Four Cats and A Dog
Saturday 14th, 2018
This Saturday started like any other, the only thing that made this morning stand out was how once again it felt like I didn’t sleep a wink, merely just shut my eyes and waited until dawn. Only “waking up” to check on Tiny and the clowder five every now and then.
Morning came faster than wanted and so did the daily morning trip to the bathroom. Along with Buddha’s loving yell, “Mom?! Mom is that you? It’s me Buddha! Mom let me in. Mom!”
“Shh, Buddha!” I whisper yelled back. “ I’m busy, just wait a second will you?”
“Mom let me in now! Mom!”
“Ugg”
“Hey, I’m still here mom! Mom? Mom!”
“Oh yess, I’m well aware that you’re there. Along with everyone else.” I half whispered to myself and no one in particular.
And thus began another day.

Four Cats and A Dog
Friday 13th, 2018
Isn’t it funny how we as humans can anticipate the arrival or celebration of almost anything. For instance like a birthday, or a long awaited vacation, or for some a long dreaded visit to the dentist.
No matter what the occasion is we can manage to get excited about it before it even begins to get “close” on the calendar. Often times upon its arrival it can make you feel nervous, panicked and just plain overwhelmed. Or at least that’s how I was feelings at 11:14 when Tiny started meowing up a storm.
“THEYRE COMING!!! ITS TIME!! ITS TIME!!” She bellowed at me with panic in her eyes. “What? What’s going on? Tell me Tiny!” “I said THEYRE COMING!” She furiously said turning around to reveal a tiny white tail coming from her, having remembered from her last birthing that she will not start until I am there; seeing as how she came and pulled me from the bathroom, lead me to her den then had kittens, I quickly followed her to her new den under the bed.
Once she was comfortable I proceeded as all normal cat owners do, in the act of coaching my cat through yet again another birth.
Anticipation, you’re not all that bad.

Four Cats and A Dog
Thursday 12th, 2018, July
(Sorry these are late, but hey it’s here noww!)
As you can tell by the title, I’m a “crazy cat lady”, in truth I’m an animal person. I just happen to own four cats.. and one dog who is sometimes very cat like.. hmm..
All I can say about myself and this blog before I get into why is, hello, welcome, please fasten your seat belts and prepare yourself for the ups and downs of my life and living with four beasts and a cute pooch.
I’m sharing my everyday life with four cats and a dog impart because it’s bound to be hilarious, but also because sometimes they teach me things I’d like to share.
First I’ll start with the very beginning, the cat that started it all. (I’ll be brief.) Cat. Cat was Tinys’ mom, who was co-owned by myself and a friend. Cat became pregnant as cats sometimes do and Tiny was born amongst four others. I wanted Tiny, the multi-colored runt seemed to speak to me; regardless I knew she wasn’t. I wanted her so much, but it wasn’t until Tiny was five months old that she would actually want anything to do with me. She spent a year being able to explore a rather small but colossal to her forest. She even managed to make friends with some dear.
I ended up moving Tiny to Folsom with me after moving in with my boyfriend, current friend. With her also came her first litter, they were mean. We put them up for adoption a month after coming to stay with us.
Eight months into living in Folsom, Tiny was once again with clowder. (Btw a clowder is a group of 3 or more cats). Two weeks after welcoming four cats into the world we moved to Northglenn, CO. (Daisy, Buddha, Shere Khan, and Sasquatch)
Our wonderfully beautiful and majestic kittens learned how to be cats in our cozy apartment. Since we arrived at the start of winter so they saw a lot of snow. While living in CO a friend of ours moved out there and we gave them Daisy, now Gracie.
I celebrated my 21st birthday with the coming of a new year, my present would be a dog. A cute Chihuahua, Shih Tzu mix. Just two months old. I named her Moon. This is when things gets tricky. Moon tilted the scales to one end very quickly. She single handedly ruined a new to us couch in one day and absolutely refused to be potty trained.
We moved again back to California. What occurred next was a two day non-stop drive with cat pee, and dog pee on one leg and hardly enough room to sit. We made it, all the way to Placerville. (We stayed with family on his dads end) where we would stay for a month, where our dog would eventually learn how to go outside and our cats, all except Tiny would grow to be okay with dogs. Also where our little dog would learn to be a bit less timid.
Now these four cats and a dog are back in Folsom, and like all things in life some things are bound to repeat, like Tiny being with clowder.
