Police Departament

I hope I'm back for a long time. This police station is perfect for playing the career of a policeman. Lot has parking for official vehicles and for the civilian population. The building has two entrances to the reception area (central and side), where metal detectors meet us. There is also an elevator in the building. The building has three floors, with more information about the contents on each floor below. 1st floor: Reception area, registration area for criminals, temporary holding cells, bathroom, archive of old cases 2nd floor: Detectives' offices, chief's office, meeting room, evidence storage room, interrogation room, snack area in detectives' offices 3rd floor: Gym for employees

Сhicago 2119| Shameless Gallagher House

This lot contains three houses that are adjacent to each other. I built this site under the impression of Chicago and its atmosphere of a disadvantaged area.

The winter often refers me to watching the first seasons of "Shameless", that's why these houses are here. The most furnished and authentic house is the house of the Gallagher family. The house in the middle is looking for its owner, so it is not furnished, only old furniture reminds that someone lived there. Veronica and Kev's house is not furnished in as much detail as we would like, since there are not so many episodes from this house.

I couldn't place Frank's room, backyard, and basement because I didn't quite remember their location and I didn't have enough space.

Modern Tomarang Apartaments

This is an apartment building that just exists as a decoration in Tamarang. This infuriated me and I decided to build it and make it functional.

Let's start with the fact that there are 6 apartments in the house (they have the same layout: 2 rooms, 1 bathroom). On the territory of the apartment building, I have placed a parking lot for cars, a playground, cafe and gym. There is also a laundry room, so the washing machine doesnt take up much space in the house. The apartments are half full, as this is a new house in which no one lived.

Taka Soi Apartament

I fell in love with a new city, and I'm giving myself to it for the near future. There are 4 apartments on the lot (two studio apartments (1 for a student, the other for a couple) and family apartments for 2 rooms). This lot has a laundry room (popular in Asia).

University of Britechester

Hello everyone. I'm coming back to you with the University of Britechester. The references were Oxford and Hogwarts. Lot contains a lecture room, corridors with various activities, an auditorium for philologists, a library on two floors and a debate room. The toilet and dining room are located on the 1-floor, there is an outer courtyard and a small courtyard. The items are functioning normally. This lot was created for realistic gameplay . Classrooms can be used for different purposes, I didnt make the lecture hall narrowly focused.

Gothic church and dynasty cemetery.

This is one of my first summer buildings with the mod Tool. These are two Gothic (as far as possible) churches. One of the old model, one of the newer one with a funeral hall. Basically, the lot was conceived as a dynastic cemetery, and performs its function perfectly due to the large amount of space, as well as entourage decorations (tombstones of different states). There are crypts on the site that can be used for burying characters or storing urns.

Komorebi Public School

School for Komobemi in Copperdale

A functional school where there is not a single empty classroom. There are classrooms for history and mathclass, the rest can be used as a background for screenshots or, for example, to improve certain skills (these are classrooms: chemistry-biology, physics, music and drawing (both are more optional). The school has a library on the 3rd floor, a teacher's room, a principal's office, a dining room and locker rooms for boys and girls (separate). I have placed functional school lockers in the locker rooms. The environment is completely made in the style of Komorebi, however, if you do not play in such a setting, you can design an environment in the style of the city in which you play. On the street there is a place for bicycles, a basketball court and access to the school stadium (game).

Western Bar, Cafe and Cinema. Multifunctional lot

Restaurant in Chestnut Ridge.

I love multifunctional lots. This is one of them that I want to share with you! A very old cinema for one room for locals, where you can have a snack before the session. A traditional cowboy bar on 2 floors, which previously belonged to a liquor store. And a typical diner where you can eat with children.

Inherited Ranch The ranch for the start , located on a 64x64 lot.On the lot there is a place for a large garden, a pasture for a cow \lama, a chicken coop, a place for a horse and sheep.

Smith & Western Restaurant in Chestnut Ridge.

A small cowboy restaurant with the opportunity to sit on the terrace of the second floor, listen to music and taste traditional Wild West dishes. The uniform and menu were made by me (it has a cowboy theme).

Arkey Silver Dollar Bar

I'm giving you this basement nightclub for your cool cowboys. On the lot there is a shop for cowboys (decor) and an old laundry. The lot functions as a nightclub. There is also a place for horses (drinking trough and feeder)

San Sequoia Center Clubs

I share my old building, which I built three months ago before buying a licensed game. This lot functions as a nightclub. It has a club for stars. where you can dance to the music of a popular DJ, and drink expensive cocktails. I also built a club for teenagers, which is located in the basement of the house. In addition, I have built a cafe where Sims can drink coffee.
