Vida is Japanese/Latina * she loves pink & purple🌸🍇, teddy bears & butterflies🧸🦋 * I have to be honest, her look and story are heavily influenced by a nightcored Olivia Rodx!go song (this one) lol is it original? probably not. is it fun to think about? yesh~ ╮(. / ᴗ \.)╭ * Sooo She is an aspiring Teen rock/pop star (why else would she be on the cover of BLEH!¡), who enjoys writing her own songs. All the while she struggles with her broken heart & finding a place in a new school that seems to be filled with equally talented, unique and bizarre sims. (´ . .̫ . `)...er~ something like that, it gets pretty deep and original. I think it would make a great shojo manga lol. TM.

Modern Tomarang Apartaments

This is an apartment building that just exists as a decoration in Tamarang. This infuriated me and I decided to build it and make it functional.

Let's start with the fact that there are 6 apartments in the house (they have the same layout: 2 rooms, 1 bathroom). On the territory of the apartment building, I have placed a parking lot for cars, a playground, cafe and gym. There is also a laundry room, so the washing machine doesnt take up much space in the house. The apartments are half full, as this is a new house in which no one lived.

SANDTRAP FLAT - a residential lot by amoebae

A quiet little traditional desert home, perhaps past its best but well-loved and full of character.

The only custom content used was my Shiftable Mirrors (which lets you move mirrors freely on the wall). If you don't have that installed you might find any wall mirrors disappear. If that happens, you can simply replace them with whatever you like.

I have every build/buy pack and kit (except Bust the Dust!) and used a lot of them for this build. Anything missing can be replaced with whatever you have in your own game.

🌴 The Emerald Bungalow 🌴

Inspired by a real bungalow that I saw in Maui, this little beachside home is perfect for your sims’ vacation to Sulani (or maybe to live the dream and move there too!)

Split between two levels, the Emerald Bungalow is open to the sea to catch the ocean winds and admire the crystal clear waters. Downstairs is a large open plan living, perfect for reading a book or entertaining the family. Above is a small quiet office space and a large bedroom, plus a deck for soaking up the sun or listening to the waves crash ashore.
