finally finished them all and also read murtagh the writing definitely improved haha but I need MORE I love the world

finished rereading eragon and I don't remember the writing being just ok and eragon being so annoying for much of the book when I first read it like. 13 years ago but I still very much love the story haha

the fact that i'm no longer the same age as the protagonists of novels and films i once connected to is so heartbreaking. there was a time when I looked forward to turning their age. i did. and i also outgrew them. i continue to age, but they don't; never will. the immortality of fiction is beautiful, but cruel.

Dropping the very highly and frequently requested scene for my latest Sketch-a-Wish, voted on by my lovely Patreon members for November! Featuring Lila and Kell from A Darker Shade of Magic by @veschwab ! This was probably the funniest scene in the book and I've been wanting to illustrate it for the longest time. It was actually the runner-up scene for the @Illumicrate ADSOM mug, way back when!
