Ingredients

15ml Kahlua

15ml Baileys

15ml Frangelico

1 Toblerone piece

1 tsp condensed milk

60ml cream

90ml milk

A 1/2cm piece of vanilla bean

Chocolate powder

20ml honey

Two hazelnuts

Method

Blend all ingredients with ice until smooth and creamy.

Prepare a glass by coating it with chocolate syrup and honey.

Pour the blended cocktail into the glass.

Garnish with a piece of chocolate and a dusting of chocolate powder.

Serve and savour the indulgence.

One Egg white

Juice of half a lemon

Sugar syrup to taste

20ml Bourbon

30ml Amaretto

Making Method

Activate the egg white by dry shaking. You can use a Hawthorne strainer spring, but a whisk or other activation methods are applicable.

Combine Disaronno Amaretto, Buffalo Trace Bourbon (of course, any Amaretto and Bourbon will work), lemon juice (Around 30ml) and sugar syrup to taste into the mixing glass or toby tin.

Shake vigorously with ice to mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Strain the mixture over crushed ice into a rocks glass.

Garnish with a lemon wheel. Add two straws.

Savour the perfect blend of flavours and enjoy!

Ingredients

1/4 to 1/2 a lime

A handful of mint leaves (10-20)

Sugar syrup to taste

30-60ml white rum

Stirred over ice

Topped with soda water

Garnished with a lime wedge and mint sprig

Method

Muddle the lime in a glass to release its juices and oils.

Gently slap the mint leaves between your hands to awaken their fragrance.

Add the slapped mint leaves to the glass.

Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Pour in the sugar syrup and white rum.

Stir the mixture to combine the flavours.

Optionally add crushed ice. Top it off with soda water.

Build a little more crushed ice (optional)

Give it a final stir, and your Mojito is ready to enjoy!
