Ok, so, I think I will never understand how there are people who are so lovely and lovable and kind, who know how to engage in friendly conversations and befriend almost every person they met.

Like, I try my best, I swear. However, I CAN'T engage in conversations, and I CAN'T befriend anyone I met. I get misunderstood most of the time, and people think I'm mad or unkind, or just an asshole.

I get so sad because I try to be friendly and befriend people, but I just can't. People hate me.

At this point, I get tired of even trying to talk to someone. I don't want to try anymore. It's exhausting to pretend to be someone I am not.

I have to pretend. I have to force a smile. I have to keep my thoughts to myself.

I ended up not knowing who I am anymore.

I have always known I'm socially awkward, but I just now realized that I really don't know how to socialize and make new friends. I mean, I'm in an ONE OK ROCK WhatsApp group (Spanish) and in a Maddox Discord (English) AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK, HOW TO SOCIALIZE, NEITHER IN SPANISH NOR ENGLISH. I try to talk, and everyone ignores me :( and I don't know how to keep the conversation going :(. But I try so hard :(. I'm sad.

Humans are supposed to be social, WHY CAN'T I BE SOCIAL?
