A year and a half of news:

It has recently come to my attention that my Tumblr page has lost communication with my Instagram feed. Where these two were once inseparable, there has been a figurative cord severed. In this severance, about 19 months have passed. I’m going to attempt to summarize this transitionary period of my life in as few words as possible:

-a major breakup

-healing, growth, expansion

-death of a young family member

-trauma, rest & more healing

-returning to creating music

-end of Covid lockdowns & restrictions

-finding my community again

-performing music in front of audiences again

-staying healthy (mostly)

-dancing at music shows safely again

-finding awesome new bands to dig

-recovering from a sinus infection

-new love 💖

-new job, teaching music to more kids

-more healing, growth & expansion

If you know me you know I love sparkling “bubble water!” I buy LaCroix in BULK. (Note the loads of boxes atop the fridge in the 2nd photo, and that’s not even close to all the boxes I’ve collected...🤣) My 3 wonderful siblings just gifted me a bubbly water maker @sodastream with Kombucha concentrate and now I have tasty Kombucha water daily!! 😋 I’ve been blessed with 3 absolutely incredibly compassionate, intelligent & talented siblings! @chefmattjones @xyliajones & @beccaristy thank you all so much for the early bday gift!!! It has tickled me pink!! I also want to extend a moment of gratitude to all my siblings because I’ve been blessed with 3 absolutely incredibly compassionate, intelligent, supportive & talented siblings! @chefmattjones @xyliajones & @beccaristy you are all such fun, loving & hilarious humans and you’ve always been there for me through thick & thin! I recently “Crystal-gridded” my house, placing specific crystals in each room (and burying some outside surrounding my home) to support creativity, abundance, healing, love & peace, and I’ve notice that it not only makes me feel HAPPIER to be surrounded by my favorite crystals that I can grab and meditate with at any moment, but I also feel like it Raises the Vibrations of my whole home and thus raises my own vibration higher.
