everyone here should be outraged about these conditions even more than about Luigi. I truly believe this could be the beginning of a second holocaust. We must call our representatives, participate in ice watch initiatives, and protest.

let this be a reminder that injustices are intersectional and Luigi’s case is a sign of the descent into fascism that’s now harming thousands upon thousands of innocent humans.

How to send images and memes to Luigi Mangione — A Tutorial

( Luigi Mangione and his lawyers both want more memes, he thanks people for them and encourages the use of freeprints, it keeps his morale high ) Please follow these instructions closely!

This is what it will look like if you send Luigi Mangione images over free prints. He prefers this method and wants people to send him memes (he misses the internet)

1. Make sure the image you send him does not include any code or cyphers, porn, threats, nor information about what he's incarcerated for. Please be aware prison staff screen everything. There's rumors they're lax on the rules but they still have no qualms throwing inmate mail directly in the trash.

2. Make sure the images you want to send him match the below example with a white border called a margin added around it. You can add this border in an image program. Margin should be no less than 5% of the image size!! Include your mailing address and first and last name. No initials, no signature. Example with image:

3. If you don't include your name or address, he will still receive the mail but he will not know who sent it and will not be able to send you a reply. DO NOT put your return address or name on the white border around the image because the white border gets cut off when printed.

4. Download the FreePrints app and click 'Begin'

5. Select the photos from your camera roll. On the next screen you can use the crop icon to rotate or resize (best if you resize to 4x6 beforehand, this will also fit the template example used above)

6. Enter his shipping address like below

7. If you forgot or ABSOLUTELY WANT TO BE SURE that there's a white border, click 'add white border' here. It will just make extra sure your address and name don't get cut off so he can reply to you. I'm unsure, but 'select matte finish' may also be useful as inmates aren't allowed glossy prints. If anyone knows more about whether matte or glossy is better, please let me know!

I feel like Joel wanted Luigi's medical records to, amongst other strategies, have it as evidence against a mentally unwell defence. Joel, in his last reply motion specifically mentioned that he wants to know if the defence is planning on using that — mentally unwell — as their strategy in court. I feel like Joel accessed his medical records illegally to kind of stop the defence from using the mentally unwell strategy. If Luigi's medical records do not hint at him having any sort of mental breakdowns or so, then Joel will try and question the veracity of a mentally unwell defence.

Judges hate nothing more than discovery disputes and parties bickering about evidence, because they don’t care. But there is no quicker way to piss of a judge than to disrespect the court. I believe Joel has already done this with his tone in filings and the attorney client phone call, but to try to circumvent the legal process for meds and go over the court’s head is going to fr piss the judge off — literally trying to go behind the courts back. “He’s disrespecting the defendant” goes in one ear and out another to a judge, but “he has disrespected the court and it’s processes” is big shit😭 judges (like lawyers) are nothing if not egotistical by nature, and they want to protect the “virtue and sanctity” of the court. I feel like this will really raise the judges eyebrows at Joel and could lead to him eventually getting the boot (plz plz plz)
