small lore bit down here :D ;

When C00lkidd was found, his spark was intact — so he was rebuilt (by John Doe and 1x) using other parts / scraps from dead cybertronians (specifically red ones). Because of that, he can not transform like he used to,,, well, it's not like the other two can even transform, he's not alone ^_^ (also John Doe misses his Conjunx. Very much)
