the pretty femme ritual

i step out of the shower and dry myself off with my fluffy white towel (the one with mascara stains all over) i lotion my whole body to be smooth and scented. i spray on two perfumes, one has glitter inside, it glistens when i step into the light. golds and reds but it’s very subtle like a shimmer. i wear lace undergarments incase my clothes come off later, i always want to be prepared. i see myself like a Violet from Bound. she’s so seductive and she’s ever so confident. i don’t put on too much lipstick, i want to kiss them later, i don’t want it to be sticky all over. i fantasize about the photo booth pictures we’ll take. i sit on their lap, their hands go under my shirt for a silly one. it makes us laugh but it turns us both on and we know what will happen later. i day dream of how they look at me while i finish putting on my makeup. i can be so attracted to masculinity, just not men. they like when i call them boy and they like when i call them handsome. i like to call them that too. they make me feel like a real girl. the kind i always wanted to be when i grew up. a pretty and cherished one. a princess. i think of a song to send them and tell them it makes me think of them, the truth is i think of them all day long though. i hit send and get giddy about seeing them later. this is my pretty femme ritual.
