bad decisions
 wenclair / wednesday & enid
🐺 pure fluff only
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The sun was setting, casting slanting rays all over Enid's and Wednesday's room, with the light reflecting off Enid's custom-colored window panes and creating a unique vibe.
But for Enid, things weren't colorful at all. It was her first time shifting since that fight with the Hyde, and everything felt different this time around.
Wednesday insisted on staying by her side, saying she was “curious about the process,” but Enid had a feeling there was something deeper behind that dark-haired girls decision.
They set up on the balcony of Ophelia Hall, with Wednesday standing a good distance away, holding a silver dagger like it was a necessary precaution.
“Seriously, do you really need the dagger?” Enid scoffed, taking her spot in the middle and slipping off her big jacket while keeping her shirt and pajamas on.
“Yes, it’s necessary. You never know when a mutt might snap.” Wednesday replied sharply.
Enid just rolled her eyes and looked up, seeing the full, bright moon coming up, its light as blinding as the Sun’s, making the girl look down.
She felt something growling inside her, she feels the same thing that happened during the other night on her first ever “wolf-out” transformation.
Enid’s shift starts with a few awkward twitches. Her ears pop up first, two fluffy, pointed wolf ears suddenly appearing atop her head, twitching at every small sound. Her colorful nails followed, making it longer and sharp, as if one poke on your skin, blood would start squirting out. Her tail follows soon after, bursting out from the base of her spine, fluffy and wagging most unintentionally.
The rest of her transformation stops, leaving her with human hands and a human face, except for the twitching ears and the tail that refuses to stay still. She stands there, feeling the warm rush of embarrassment creep up her neck, her cheeks pink.
“Well,” she stammers, awkwardly trying to adjust her shirt and tuck her tail behind her. “This isn’t… exactly what I had in mind.”
Wednesday watches her, completely unbothered. Enid’s ears flatten, and she mutters, “I swear, I’ve got it under control…” but she’s still trying to hide the fact that she can’t stop wagging her tail.
“Clearly. You’re the picture of restraint.” Wednesday replied, her tone deadpan, making Enid’s embarrassment deepen.
Feeling lost, Enid ended up wrapping herself in her oversized jacket, trying to hide as if anyone else could see her. Every howl from the others transformed into full wolves made her ears twitch.
Tears filled Enid's eyes, remembering how disappointing she felt to her mom, afraid she’d get stuck like this and end up at some conversion camp.
“Stop crying, Sinclair. You’re not broken. Just… infuriatingly dramatic,” Wednesday interrupted Enid's spiral of thoughts, leaning over to peek into her jacket, seeing her in a vulnerable state.
“Yeah, well… you knew what you signed up for,” Enid sniffed, looking up to meet Wednesday’s intense gaze.
Wednesday shrugged. “I have a talent for making poor decisions.”
“Well, if I’m one of your bad decisions... you’re kinda stuck with me now,” Enid replied with a smirk, despite the tears.
“I’m aware. I’ve accepted my fate.” Wednesday sat beside the large jacket, treating it like a shell.
Enid sniffled again, her fluffy ears twitching, and let out a shy laugh, enough that Wednesday could hear.
“Can you get out of that jacket now?” Wednesday asked sharply.
Enid mumbled from inside, “You weren’t supposed to see me like this…”
“Stop being ridiculous. I’ve seen worse,” Wednesday replied, her tone firm but not angry, just genuinely concerned about Enid.
Enid let out a tiny whine from beneath the jacket, Wednesday narrowed her eyes, a mix of irritation and fondness flickering in them. Without thinking, she yanked the jacket open to fully reveal Enid, pink-faced with wide, teary eyes.
“Being a half-wolf isn’t your worst flaw, Enid,” Wednesday said, her deadpan tone somehow comforting.
Enid gazed up at Wednesday through blurry eyes, still able to spot the girl’s pale, beautiful face, even with the frown. Her cheeks flushed, and her tail wagged faster, a sign of affection. Wednesday noticed but remained unfazed, turning her attention back to the moon.
“Thanks for being here,” Enid whispered.
Wednesday held her gaze for a moment, her usual deadpan look softening slightly. She paused, like she was weighing how to respond to something that didn’t quite fit her usual style.
The latter replied dryly, “You make it sound like I had a choice.”
Enid chuckles softly, but her tail betrays her — wagging behind her, even though she’s trying to control it. She’s embarrassed, but there’s comfort in Wednesday’s presence.
Enid sighs, fighting herself from grinning, “I’m serious though… you didn’t have to stick around.”
Wednesday scoots a little closer, her eyes narrowing with her usual intensity, but there’s a softness in her gaze now that doesn’t quite match the sharpness of her words.
Wednesday looked away again, but she’s now staring at the floor. “I don’t leave people who are useful to me.”
Enid’s eyes widen, but before she can overthink the words, Wednesday continues, her voice a little quieter now,
“And you’re… useful.”
There’s a strange silence between them, thick with unspoken things. Enid opens her mouth, about to say something, but before she can, Wednesday’s hand suddenly reaches up to gently flick her ear. The movement catches her off guard, and she freezes, blinking.
“Did you… just flick my ear?” Enid replied in a stunned tone
Wednesday replied dryly, “I thought it was amusing.”
Enid’s heart races, the shift from awkwardness to something else making her stomach flutter.
Enid was still recovering from the shock of the ear flick but tried to laugh it off, but the moment lingered in the air. Her heart is racing faster now, the atmosphere between them shifting, charged with something neither of them is ready to fully acknowledge.
Enid laughs, “You’re still weird as shit, you know that?”
Wednesday replied, but her voice became softer, “I’m not the one hiding in a jacket because she’s embarrassed about… whatever this is.”
Enid growled at the statement, feeling another wave of heat going from her neck to her cheeks.
Her eyes widen, tail flicking in a way that betrays her nervousness, and she realizes she’s standing just a little too close to Wednesday.
Before she can stop herself, she blurts out,
“I— I’m not embarrassed. Just… figuring it out.”
Wednesday gives her a long look, a fraction of a smirk tugging at the corner of her lips. She scoots even closer, the space between them nonexistent now, and she lifts her hand again, this time, brushing a strand of hair out of Enid’s face.
The touch is brief, but it sends a spark through the latter, and before she can say anything else, Wednesday does something unexpected—she leans in, slow but deliberate, and presses her lips softly against Enid’s.
It’s quick, just a gentle meeting of lips, but it feels electric. Enid’s eyes went wide, her heart racing as she stands there, frozen in shock.
When Wednesday pulls back, it’s with a look that’s a bit too casual to be completely unaffected. She cracked a really small smile, her voice barely a whisper, “That was a decision, wasn’t it?”
Enid is still in a daze, her heart pounding as she tries to process what just happened. She looked at Wednesday, seeing her pale face get a little red from what happened too.
Enid replied, “Yeah, you are full of bad decisions, aren’t you?”
Wednesday looked at Enid for a hot minute, but she leaned in for another kiss, but she smiled, wider than before, “Definitely.”

Enid had been pacing her side of the room for almost an hour, muttering about things only she could understand—showing a sure sign of a full-blown stress spiral. Revolving around midterms, math homework, pack drama, and her crush problems—cough Wednesday cough.
Eventually, she groans before flopping herself onto her bed, not gracefully, and not delicately, but with the full chaotic energy and strength of a werewolf girl who is barely keeping it together.
The bedframe, which was already wobbly from the years of use and heavyweight from the amount of stuffed animals that was displayed, let out a really loud crack. One of the legs snapped clean off under the sudden impact, sending the whole bed to violently tilt sideways. Enid shrieked and tumbled on the floor in a tangled mess of blankets and stuffed animals.
Wednesday, who had been quietly reading on her bed, barely even made a glance at what happened.
“I assume that noise was either structural failure or your will to live shattering,” she said flatly, flipping a page from her book.
“I think it’s dead,” Enid muttered, poking the splintered wood.
“Clearly,” Wednesday said dryly, closing her book with a soft snap. “Your chaotic energy has finally claimed its first victim.”
Enid sat up, pouting. “This is so not my fault! It was old and rickety!”
Wednesday was still unfazed, though this disaster somehow inconvenienced her personally. She sat up stiffly and thought for a moment, after a minute of silence, she jerked her head on her neatly made bed.
“There is room,”
Enid blinked and sat up, “You’re serious?”
The raven-haired girl gave her a bloodshot glare, “I don’t make offers lightly, Enid.”
The werewolf clutched her heart dramatically. “You do love me.”
Wednesday immediately turned away, but not before Enid caught the slight pink creeping up her ears.
Well, the situation was… cramped, to say the least...
Wednesday was lying down like a vampire—flat on her back, arms crossed neatly over her chest in an almost perfect X, resembling a very stubborn, very grumpy vampire preparing for its sleep after a night sucking gallons of blood from innocent people.
Enid lays stiffly beside her on her back, holding in her laugh due to Wednesday’s position. She couldn’t help sneaking glances—the frown etched between Wednesday’s brows, the tight line of her mouth, the absolute refusal to acknowledge their distance.
“Why do you sleep like that?” Enid asked, smiling to herself.
Wednesday didn’t open her eyes, “Mind your business, and you’re warm. So don’t move,”
The blonde girl blinked, “Wait, was that a compliment?”
Wednesday internally jerked up at the realization but still played it cool.
“You radiate heat like an inefficient furnace.”
Enid laughed so hard she shook the bed — and for a moment, just a moment, she swore she felt Wednesday’s left leg lightly brush against hers.
She pretended not to notice… but she also definitely didn’t pull away.
The room was filled with the sound of Enid’s soft breathing, Wednesday’s was so rigid and almost imperceptible, like she was determined not to make a sound.
Enid couldn’t sleep.
They lay side by side in Wednesday’s narrow bed, stiff as statues. Enid turned her head slightly, peeking at Wednesday from under the covers. She almost burst out laughing again. Wednesday’s position was still the same and hasn’t even moved a single muscle.
“You know you’re allowed to move, right?” Enid whispered into the dark, smiling.
“I am perfectly comfortable,” Wednesday said immediately, voice clipped. The werewolf was surprised that her roomie was still awake at this time of night.
Enid bit her lip to hold back a giggle. “You look like you’re trying to astral project out of your own body.”
“I am attempting to achieve a state of detachment from this highly undignified situation,” Wednesday snapped back, though the blush creeping up her neck ruined the effect.
Enid shifted closer just a little, purely for the fun of seeing how much she could make Wednesday squirm. She “accidentally” brushed their knees together under the covers.
Wednesday flinched so violently that she bumped the headboard with a dull thud.
“Enid,” she hissed. “Control yourself,” Wednesday said while giving her a death glare, but the latter was still unfazed.
“I’m just trying to get comfy,” Enid said innocently, wriggling around until she was properly under the blanket.
The bed creaked dangerously. Enid winced. “Okay, okay, no sudden moves. Got it.”
They stayed like that again, one of them not pulling their knee away.
After a few minutes, Enid couldn’t help it anymore—she shifted again, slowly this time, until her head was resting barely against Wednesday’s shoulder. Her arm gently stretched out to place her hand on Wednesday’s tummy, basically cuddling with her but with a hint of awkwardness in between.
Wednesday froze, like she was absolutely frozen.
“You are violating the agreed-upon boundary,” Wednesday said stiffly, trying not to stutter, she was staring at the ceiling like it held the secrets of the universe.
Enid scoffed, her head still resting on Wednesday’s shoulder, “There was no agreed boundary though?”
“Well I am maintaining personal space,” The raven hissed.
“Mhmmm..” Enid just hummed. She didn’t move away. She yawned against Wednesday’s neck, her cold, minty breath hitting the pale skin, making Wednesday’s eyes widen, and felt a wave of heat rose from her neck to her cheeks.
Wednesday was used to people breathing on her neck, because of vampires targeting her blood since she was a child, but she was never bitten.
But Enid isn’t a vampire though, she’s a werewolf, It shouldn’t have made a difference.
But somehow, it did.
Wednesday had never felt a rush of excitement before, never felt the strange fluttering in her stomach that Enid’s closeness stirred. It was…unsettling, to say the least.
For a long, unbearable moment, Wednesday lay there, tense, wide-eyed, and paralyzed. Her mind is screaming to scoot away from Enid to restore some semblance of calm.
But her body was already betraying her, melting into the comfort of Enid’s touch.
Slowly, Wednesday relaxed her insanely stiff arms and hands and very, very awkwardly lowered her left hand to her tummy and placed it above Enid’s.
Enid could feel the girl’s hand trembling lightly even if she was basically half asleep, she peeked up with a soft smile, a smile that would make Wednesday set aside her murderous mood and be soft for Enid.
But Enid isn’t allowed to know that of course.
“You can cuddle me, you know,” Enid whispered, “I won’t tell anyone.”
Wednesday furrowed her eyebrows, “I would rather ingest live spiders,”
The blonde girl scoffed, she wanted to tease Wednesday more, so she slowly pulled her hand away from Wednesday’s and she could see the raven-haired frowning even more even though she was already frowning, but that suddenly changes when Enid interlocked her fingers with her roomie.
Wednesday’s breath hitched silently, but she still kept quiet.
Another loooooong beat of silence.
Then, with a sigh so quiet, it was almost imagined, Wednesday gave up.
She completely melted under Enid, she interlocked her fingers with the werewolf and felt a comfortable warmth between them. Wednesday’s heart thundered in her chest—it was horrifying how much she liked this. How good it felt to have someone warm and alive resting against her lifeless-like and pale body.
The comforting atmosphere lulled them both to sleep, Wednesday finally letting herself relax completely. And for the first time in a long, long while, Wednesday Addams slept through the night… warm, tangled in rainbow and sunshine and something dangerously close to happiness.
Well, Wednesday women up first.
And she froze again immediately.
Enid was sprawled half across her torso, her legs tangled with Wednesday’s. Their faces were so close that Wednesday could see every tiny freckle scattered across Enid’s nose.
But what something surprised Wednesday the most was that their hands were still intertwined.
Her heart kicked painfully against her ribs. She stared at the ceiling, willing herself to stay still, to stay calm, to not do anything catastrophically awkward.
She could feel Enid’s breath against her collarbone, soft and steady.
It was… nice. Horrifyingly nice.
Wednesday was so busy panicking internally that she didn’t notice Enid stir awake—not until she felt a soft, sleepy kiss press against the side of her jaw.
Wednesday went completely still. A full-body, paralyzed-with-terror stillness.
Enid blinked up at her, grinning lazily. “Morning, Wens,” she murmured, voice thick and raspy from the deep sleep.
Without thinking, like it was the most natural thing in the world—Enid leaned up and kissed Wednesday’s cheek. A quick, affectionate peck, light as air.
Wednesday’s entire body tensed.
Inside, she was screaming.
But on the outside, she somehow managed a death glare so sharp it could’ve sliced stone.
“You are violating several agreements,” Wednesday said stiffly, her voice only wobbling slightly.
“Well, you didn’t say no kissing rule,” Enid teased, completely unfazed.
Wednesday opened her mouth to argue—but Enid kissed her cheek again, slower this time, letting it linger just a second longer.
Wednesday squeezed her eyes shut, breathing through her nose like she was meditating. Control. Maintain control. Do not combust.
Enid giggled against her skin. “You’re so red right now,” she whispered, delighted.
“I am experiencing a minor allergic reaction, Wednesday lied instantly.
Enid scoffed, “Sure you are.”
Before Wednesday could invent another excuse, Enid ducked in and kissed her one more time, this time a little closer to the corner of her mouth, before flopping back down onto her chest with a happy sigh.
Wednesday lay there, arms rigid at her sides, feeling like she was going to catch fire from sheer mortification.
And yet… she didn’t push Enid away.
Instead, very carefully, very awkwardly, Wednesday shifted her arm to rest protectively around Enid’s waist—as she could somehow shield her from the world without actually admitting she wanted to.
Enid smiled into her sweater, smug and sleepy.
“You’re cuddly when you think no one’s looking,” she whispered.
“I will deny everything,” Wednesday muttered darkly.
But she didn’t move.
She just closed her eyes and held Enid a little tighter.

A/N: I wanna see Enid go off on people more in order to protect Wednesday. She's sunshine, but I need her to go supernova.
Tumblr media
When Wednesday first met Enid, she knew that the bubbly, rainbow girl was going to be a lot to deal with. Annoying, colorful, loud, using emojis, complaining about blood. She was the epitome of someone who didn't fit in a school like Nevermore. Which also made her similar to Wednesday and Wednesday hated that.
For a short period of time, she thought she should hate Enid too but it was all too easy for Enid to dig her way into Wednesday's heart and stay there. Even when they were fighting it was hard for her to stay mad at Enid.
She really was impossible to hate.
Over the next few months this was proven to be even more impossible. Enid saved her life; she could never forget that. She even kept in touch with her at least twice a week during summer break, talking through things like starting the next year, a new Principle, Enid breaking up with Ajax, Wednesday's stalker, regular girl talk.
Enid was as energetic as ever when they reunited, nothing different. The only thing she complained about a bit more was her mother pressuring her to socialize more. It seemed like an oxymoron, Enid was a social butterfly, there was rarely someone who didn't like her. But when it came to her fellow Furs, she was a little hesitant to mingle with them ever since she transformed.
One would think it would be the opposite.
And at first Enid liked being more included. However, it didn't take that long for incidents to start happening. Other werewolves... flirted with her. And the thing was, as romantic as Enid could be, she wasn't looking for a new partner.
"Oh. I'm sorry, there's already someone I like. You're a really pretty girl though but I'm not interested. I'm sure you'll find someone." It was an endless string of excuses and turning people down. She never once said who it was that she had a crush on, she didn't even tell Yoko or Wednesday. Both insisted that they should know. However, Yoko wanted the information so she could tease her, Wednesday wanted it so she could protect Enid better.
Neither knew the answer. This wasn't exactly frustrating to Wednesday; she would bound to meet the mystery crush sooner or later. And put the fear of Lucifer in them shortly after.
Although it seemed like Enid was quite good at that herself.
Wednesday always suspected that there was a fierce wolf lurking somewhere deep down inside her joyful roommate. Her first sight of it was when she saved her from the Hyde, the next few times were tame in comparison. A scratch on the door here, yelling at someone over there, growling when a jackass didn’t want to back off. All very little incidents.
That said it seemed like Enid was getting more and more irritable lately. The full moon was approaching and this tended to happen to werewolves, everything they felt and senses was amplified. Not that it was always a bad thing, a lot of them couldn’t wait for the full moon. But Enid always welcomed them with an increasing amount of anxiety. Unlike others she was still adjusting to these frequent transformations and everything in between.
“I was thinking we could watch that horror movie tonight. The one we compromised on, you know?” Enid slurped a sip of her pink drink that was surely an assault for her teeth and taste buds. How did she drink it and not throw up after? It must be an increased metabolism thing. There cannon be a different explanation gives how many of those she has in a week.
Around the same amount as the coffee Wednesday drinks. “The one with the romance between a revived corpse and the crazy girl. I remember. Under the condition-“
“That I don’t throw up at the gore, I know, I know. But that’s why I chose the romantic one! How much blood can there be if there’s kissing and flirting and love confessions?” Oh, how naïve she was. Hopefully she never visited the Addams house because that pink drink would come right up.
“Blood and gore go hand in hand with romance. When one is afraid it activates the same parts of the brain as when one is aroused. The symptoms are similar as well. It’s not weird that people often mix adrenaline and pleasure, or pain and pleasure. These things are quite common.” Wednesday explained with a perfectly neutral face, her eyes never leaving her book of choice for the day. Enid on the other hand was several shades of pink.
She put the cup down before her claws could puncture it and she would lose one of her favorite drinks.
"What's that about pain and pleasure? You kinky, eh Addams?" One of the guys from the nearby table interjected into their conversation. He leaned over the table and grinned at the Seer.
"Colt, can you kindly leave us alone. This is girl talk." Enid put on her best polite smile. Which was blinding on the best of days, even more so on a sunny day like this. She inched a bit closer to him, trying to get him to back off.
He ignored her. "Hey, hey, the full moon is almost here. If you want, I can help you fulfill a few of those fantasies. The quiet ones are always the freakiest when you get them in bed."
Wednesday glanced at him, then back at her book, which was far more interesting than a shaggy haired jackass like Colt. "I think a painless death would be preferable to any time spent with you." Enid cringed at the insult. Wednesday loved pain and death. For her to yearn for a painless one in comparison to company was her way of saying she wants nothing to do with the other person. A polite way, by her standards.
"You know if you dropped the bitchy attitude, you might actually get laid." Colt scoffed at her, his back straight, his posture trying to be dominating but such a show would never work on someone like Wednesday. "Come on, I'm offering you something great here, Addams. You really wanna pass up on it."
"You seem to think you are some sort of sexual gift to your kind, however I would bet my eyes that you aren't nearly as gifted as you are with your own hand." Now Enid was starting to get worried. She stood up just in time to catch Colt's claws going towards Wednesday's face.
"What the fuck is wrong with you Colt?! Stop it!" She got between her roommate and her fellow werewolf. "Just because the full moon is coming doesn't mean you get to be an asshole to everyone around you. Least of all my roomie!"
Colt's eyes narrowed as he stepped close to Enid. The two wolves growled at each other, baring their fangs and showing their claws. Neither was about to back down.
"Oh. Oh. Now I get it." He grinned. "You're fucking her already is that it?"
"No! Why would you think that?!" Wednesday was one of her best friends in the whole world. She would never risk their friendship like that.
"Hey, it's alright Sinclair. I ain't judging. Actually, good for you, about time you started behaving like a real werewolf." Enid inhaled deeply at his insult masked as a compliment. "Mind sharing for a night or two? She looks like she can take it. She's a durable one, right?" He snickered and just as he was about to look at Wednesday again there was a cry of pain, followed by more, followed by a slamming sound, followed by someone yelling for teachers.
Wednesday stared wide-eyed at the scene in front of her. Enid had Colt pinned against the stone table, her claws and face bloody, Colt's vest and shirt torn open and Enid's teeth sunk deep in his fore arm.
"Get off! Fuck, get this bitch off me! Let go!" Colt screamed but Enid wasn't letting go.
It was two of her brothers who ended up pulling her off. "Enid! Get a hold of yourself! Pup, come on now! Calm down!" Jackson held one of her arms and tried to get through to her. "He's just an asshole, little sis."
"Enid, hey, it's gonna be alright. Breathe with me okay." Another one, Reese, one of the oldest, stepped in front of her and held her by the shoulders. Enid's eyes locked on his, the angry fog clearing. "Yeah, that's it. Focus on your breathing. Don't let it control you."
She whined. Since she transformed many of her brothers have tried to help her out. They were still blockheads but she was their sister, it was the least they could do. Enid looked at Colt, clenching his bleeding arm to his bleeding chest. What did she do to him? Was she that mad? Then she looked at Wednesday and saw the shocked looked on her roommate’s face.
Oh. Oh no.
Enid struggled and yelled until she was free of her brother's grip, she didn't bother with her things, she simply ran off.
"Enid!" Wednesday stopped Reese in his tracks. "Addams, what the hell happened?!"
"I do not know. But I intend to find out. Leave Enid to me." When she arrived to their room she found her friend in a corner, covered with her favorite blanket, shaking like a scared puppy. “Enid.”
“Go away!” She yelled and curled up more.
“You know I cannot do that. Outbursts like those are not like you. So, I am here to find out what’s happening with you. Is it truly only the full moon?” Enid didn’t reply. “So, no.”
“If it was, I wouldn’t have almost ripped Colt’s throat out.” She still had blood on her too. It was so pretty, even among the rainbow colors.
“He was not worth your claws. But what a beautiful display it was.” And she did it to protect her. Not that Wednesday needed her help, guys like Colt were easy enough to deal with.
“Colt is an entitled asshole, he was being rude to you, saying… all those nasty stuff about you. I couldn’t listen and just do nothing when he was pissing me the fuck off!” Enid growled, “Fuck, what’s wrong with me?!” She shook her head, scared tears falling down her face.
“There is nothing wrong with you, Enid. You are a werewolf; it’s a known fact that the full moon affects your kind. Your body is probably adjusting to the new dose of energy it has at this time.” Wednesday knelt down in front of her friend and reached out. Enid whined and pushed her hand away.
She was shaking, scared of hurting Wednesday like she hurt Colt. “Don’t touch me. I’m… I hurt him; I could have killed him. I’m a monster.”
“So is everyone else in this wretched institution. You lost control, do you truly think you are the first or last one to do so?” Slowly she pushed Enid’s blanket off her head, revealing a face smeared with blood and tears. “Enid, mi lupa, you have never been more beautiful to me. Other than perhaps in your fully transformed form. Someone like Colt is not worth your tears.”
“But I hurt him. What if they expel me? I can’t go home Wednesday! You have no idea what it’s like to constantly hear my mom nag me about every little thing!” She could already hear the chastising tone, the yelling, the insults, the gaslighting.
Sensing Enid’s panic Wednesday gave her one of her longest hugs.
“That will not happen. You acted to protect me, immature as the threats were. Once again, I thank you.” She chose to kiss the more bloodied side of Enid’s face. “Even his blood tastes gross.”
Enid chuckled, “Are you sure you’re not a vampire?”
“I do have vampires in my family. I’m not sure what percentage of me is vampiric. However, that is not why I did that. Simply put I kissed you because I wanted to. Consider it a thank you, for defending my honor.” That was the biggest thank you she ever gave anyone. Not that it says much, she rarely ever thanks people for anything.
“D-Don’t even mention it, Willa! I had to defend you! I care about you too much to let anyone insult you like that.” She looked at her hands, still covered in blood, and cringed. She hated blood, really hated it.
“Do not faint on me. Stay here.” Wednesday instructed and quickly vanished into the bathroom. Enid heard water running, followed by Wednesday walking in with a soaked towel. “Let’s get this blood off you. Regrettable as it is.”
Out of everyone who would be grossed out or scared of her in this moment, Wednesday was probably the last. Followed by Yoko, probably. But for a different reason. “I should apologize to him.”
“Not now. I know you, Enid. You will bend over backwards to make things right; however, you should also take care of yourself. If you try to leave, I will resort to restraining you.” That didn’t sound too bad actually… no! No, bad Enid! Here Wednesday was, taking care of her, and her mind jumps to lewd things! The full moon really is messing with her head. “There we go. All cleaned up. Truly a loss. Blood suits you. You wear it wonderfully.”
“How can you be both gross and romantic at the same time?”
“It is an Addams talent.” Wednesday didn’t comment on the romance. She didn’t feel like she had too, with Enid looking at her with those lovesick puppy eyes. And she was right. As she was pulling her hand away Enid’s fingers wrapped around her wrist. “I do not like to be kept waiting, Enid.”
Enid surged forward to kiss her. Ah, so there was more blood after all. On her lips.
The kiss wasn’t fireworks, it was slow, warm, nothing demanding or rough about it. But there was also no vision of doom that accompanied it. Already better than the last, Wednesday concluded. Enid’s lips were soft, they still tasted faintly sweet and of strawberry. However, it wasn’t enough to make the goth pull away. No amount of sweetness could make her pull away.
There were fireworks happening in Enid’s head. Wednesday didn’t know it but this was something Enid wanted to do since their new year at Nevermore began. She pulled Wednesday against her, held her close, gasped against her mouth when Wednesday’s hands cradled her face. “Holy moly.”
“Is that all you have to say? You silly wolf.” Wednesday wiped the blood off her own lips, but it mixed with her usual black, only adding to her attractiveness in Enid’s eyes.
But it also broke the romantic bubble they were wrapped in. “I didn’t help you just to get a kiss out of you. I hope you know that. I value you too much for that.”
“And I you. Hence the kiss. You should know by now that I never do anything on pure impulse. I kissed you simply because I wished to kiss you. Nothing more than that.” Enid grinned at her, Wednesday sensed this was some sort of trap.
“Nothing more? Are you sure?” She asked cheekily, her arms wrapping around her roommate’s body.
“Yes.” She refused to fall for this trick. Enid’s face was cute right now, and her resolve has already been shaken. “Do not overstay your welcome. There will be time for exploration, however it is not now. You had your kiss, do not make me take it back.”
“And how would you do that? Kiss me again? I wouldn’t mind giving that kiss back, if you really want it.” Enid leaned in again, only to be pushed away half-heartedly by Wednesday. She would never truly push Enid away, not anymore anyway. “Alright, alright, I’ll cool it. Until movie night tonight. But before that… I need to go somewhere.” Wednesday pressed her lips in a confused line but it wasn’t her place to stop Enid. Instead, she wished her luck, she pressed their foreheads together for a brief moment, and she went to the bathroom to wash her hands. By the time she walked out Enid was gone, replaced by the blanket.
All she could do now was wait.
Enid stood in front of the nurse’s office, her hands shaking at her side.
She was scared of going in, more scared than kissing Wednesday.
Her hand gripped the handle, and the door opened. Colin was inside, his torso and arm wrapped in bandages. “Well, look who came crawling back.”
“Asshole. I wanted to say sorry; you know.” Enid walked in, but kept her head held high the whole time. She wouldn’t be intimidated. “Colin, you’re a perverted jackass, a moron, an entitled dick and your general attitude sucks. But… I shouldn’t have attacked you; I’m still learning how to control myself, and I’m sorry.”
“Yeah, you should be. You could have damaged my handsome face, not all of us can pull off face scars like you can, Sinclair.” Surprisingly Colin didn’t seem that angry at her. At least not as angry as she thought he would be. No insults, no clawing at her, no growling, or threats.
“Why are you being nice to me? I attacked you.” She sat next to the bed, hands in her lap, her posture nervous. It felt like her heart was gonna beat out of her chest and run away to avoid a heart attack. The thought of going back home was worse than having a fight with a fellow werewolf.
“And you think you’re the last werewolf that went off? This happens every week. Which you would know if you stopped trying to get into your roommates’ pants and actually went out with us for once. Oh, but, don’t think you’re out of the woods yet.” Colin grabbed her by the collar of her sweater and pulled her close, a smirk on his face. “When we run together, I’m kicking your rainbow-colored ass.”
“Do that and my girlfriend will actually kill you. She’s not kidding when she says it either.” Enid had to talk Wednesday down from actual murder multiple times. Now it’s even more important, she is not letting her new girlfriend go to jail.
Colin blinked, the wheels in his head turning. “Wait… I was right?!”
“Sort of… we just started dating.” Enid blushed as she admitted it. “And no, I’m not sharing, you jerk. Don’t ever ask anything like that again.”
“Lesson learned.” He offered his hand, the good one, for Enid to shake.
Out of all the ways to end up in a relationship with Wednesday, this had to be one she would have never seen coming.

• traces other peoples pictures without consent
• then charges prices like $200
• i know personally she left a commissioner a month no contact and finished the (traced) product in under two days , bragging abt it elsewhere
i don’t really do fandoms or whatever but this is gross behaviour and friends of mine have been affected, but god knows who else she did this to
