Been in my lil gloomy bear cocoon the past few weeks 🐻🩸🌱 doin lotsa shadow work/inner construction 🚧 🛠👷‍♀️

It is v hard, exhausting, and can be painful to look at ourselves and our lives with loving honesty with the intention to heal/improve but its so worth it. I have unpacked some skeletons from my closet that I’ve metaphorically painted to disguise them from myself lol

Ive been wildin out all year and my body has been beggin me to slow down, take a breath, face some demons 👹, and clean out the closet so here we are 🐛 with no choice bc all I wanna do is sleep (and cry lmao)

Ive been reading and writing a ton. Learning a lot. Will be sharing some collections of words at some point 📖📓 In the meantime, send me some book recommendations if u got em 😗
