✦ ︵ hihi !! a lot of these tips are surrounded around bipolar disorder , and while bpd and bipolar do share a lot of symptoms , they can be very different things , so here's some tips I have as someone who's cisbpd ^_^

✦ ︵ 1 . fear of abandonment and fear of being alone . bpd is typically a trauma disorder that stems from any sort of abandonment , and therefore , causes an extreme fear around being abandoned . any small sign that someone is abandoning you ( dry texting , not replying , acting distant ) might cause splits , or episodes of black and white thinking . if someone is acting differently , behave irrationally and like you're in an episode ( mood swings , being very loving or very hateful )

✦ ︵ 2 . lack of identity . at least for me , my bpd causes a heavy lack of self identity . I am constantly changing my names , pronouns , aesthetic , and mannerisms . switch it up a bit ! change things about yourself frequently .

✦ ︵ 3 . favorite people . pick someone , anyone , it can be a friend or partner or family member and become obsessed with them . become extremely dependent on them and very clingy , revolve your life around them .

TRANS - BPD ...

Emotional highs / Mania ; you do not feel happy , you are EUPHORIC . You are at the top of the world , you feel so high that you feel unstoppable ! You talk fast , you feel creativity all over you , you feel like you are the happiest person alive !

With highs comes lows - bpd depression . You feel unmotivated , nothing matters anymore , you feel like you can't do ANYTHING .

Hypomania - hypomania is the short period of irritability , feeling elated , more twitchy with your motor , frantic speech .

All of these moods change quick - they linger and it feels like your emotions are a rollercoaster .

Not liking mood switches on you - people with bpd have said that feeling even the smallest of switch in their friends mood can ruin their day , so noticing these small switches and having them revolve in your head for the rest of the day / week .

Self sabotaging - a lot of people with bpd complain about always self sabotaging when they do not want to , mainly out of fear . Self sabotaging your own relationships or events can help .

So I got inspired, everyone say thank you @nurse-12. This blankqueer term is essentially just Radqueer but it's around the concept of Vampires & Vampire Hunters. The Radqueers are the oh so scary Vampires while the Anti-Radqueers are the Vampire Hunters!
