The Hunger Games is extremely white washed. It always has been. Besides Beetee’s family and Rue the “protagonists” are always white people doing white people things and it ignores the actual people living on the continent.

Sure, some Harry Potter fans are extremely transphobic but at least most of them agree with adding more POCs to the show. One of the main characters in the video game is black and she rocks.
