Mainly, that the fandom hasn't considered Dios Apate Omega as a ship name for everyone's favorite three way divorce polycule of toxic old people, rather than say Dios Apate (can be confused for the namesake event in the Iliad) or Dios Apate Minor / Major interchangeably (you're never sure which one folk might use).
