Lumie

This was a tough choice but my favourite has to be Lumie! From her character design, she seemed intimidating and distant. So when we first get dialogue with her, I was pleasantly surprised! Her potential character conflicts, the way she immediately took Nine under her wing, and her Ancient costume made me fall so hard for her. I’m so excited to see how the writers will develop her character as the story goes on!

I like to think Lumie is perfect pitch

I don’t know where that thought came from, I just think she is

Of course that means hours and hours of conversation with Vanessa

Which is basically just Lumie talking about wow music wow this song was so good it made me feel woooosh and weeeeew and waaaaao

Speaking of music, she plays the harp really well! 

Lumie hasn’t interacted with others much, so she doesn’t know a healthy way to communicate her emotions

So it is a sight to see her pour her emotions out through music

Since she hasn’t had a proper childhood, she’s always excited to do childish things!

Oh you want to negotiate diplomatic matters with Lumie? Sorry you have to do it in the playground on top of the slides while pretending to be pirates on a drowning ship sorry

She’ll give you a rating of 1 to 10 based on immersion, acting, and creativity. The higher the rating, the more she’ll consider you a worthy ally

Johan

This guy originally struck me as a flat cliche character, but I loved him nonetheless. Until he started wondering if his dedication to Lord is really loyalty, obsession, or just something that happened because of pure chance. And then that basically had me pacing around asking myself what the difference between a loyalty and cult-like behaviour is. Basically I like the dilemma added to his character arc. Just recently I got midway through extreme mode, to that part of the story, and it made me like him more than I already did. 

Somehow a genius at riddles????

Ask him a riddle and he’ll respond like it’s no big deal

When you ask him how he knows he’ll just say “I’ve heard it before”

Oh and he’s an expert at magic tricks!

Fram lost her shit when Johan randomly took a granola bar and vanished it into thin air

Then freaked out even more when it appeared in his hands again

Unfortunately this has become a running joke in Avillon and whenever someone loses something, they turn to Johan and tell him to bring it back

Very very very talented at origami

He made a house once and after that, whenever Charlotte, Lyn, Cannae, or Fram get paper, they bring it to Johan so he makes them something

Johan tried to teach them origami but they just absolutely refused to learn

So that’s him now

Rashad

Fire Rashad was the first time I considered making an in-app purchase tbh. I love him so much, maybe it’s because we both share similar personality traits and I relate to him on a spiritual level. Man’s a walking meme, I swear. I almost died laughing when he put his hands together like that dude in the trade offer meme. Sorry there’s no deep reason for me to like Rashad. It’s just that this guy made me temporarily forget I’m asexual so he deserves a spot in my top three.

Gets into the most obscure topics and stays up until 2 AM until Luci walks into his room like a disappointed mom and tells him to go tf to sleep

If you ask him about anything he will know at least something about it

“Hey Rashad do you know anything about the 128th day of 206 BC”

He’ll be like “Oh isn’t that the day that one Greek philosopher saw a donkey eat figs and died laughing”

I bet he’s that weird kid with weird phases like this guy definitely went through a 4 day tank top phase

He doesn’t swear anymore but will if you ask him to

Rashad is the one who can successfully piss Luci off the most

If the two are three meters proximity of each other, you can start betting on how long there is until you hear Luci shout “NO WELLS ARE NOT STRAWS FOR THE FUCKING EARTH YOU DUMBASS BITCH”

Rashad has mastered the art of stone faces

Walk in to him using his computer and from how frustrated he looks, you’d think he’s working

General Kartis Headcanons

Clover Games needs to stop dancing around the ship and just confirm it as canon

Unfortunately, I don't write ships. But I can mix up general Kartis headcanons with some platonic Lord and Kartis!

Kartis

If someone looks at you in the eyes and tells you this man did not rehearse his first interaction with Lord, they are a pathological liar and you must exorcise them immediately for your own safety

Joshua’s already stressed but he was even more so when he has to go “No they will not be scared if you say ‘This isn’t even my final form’ like Astrid always does, they will laugh at your face” every few minutes.

I can imagine him being a bit of a brat. He’s the kind of guy who will point out you used the wrong “you’re”. 

Would rather lose to Lord than do paperwork

Also very competitive. He took it very personally when Astrid chose Lord over him. 

For the next few days, you would see him pacing around, wondering what made Lord better than him and worrying if they will steal the rest of his soldiers

Maybe that’s why he seemed like such a scumbag in easy mode

Even though he acts like he couldn’t care less, he has always been keeping an eye on Lord’s progress

Somewhere in his mind, he knows Lord will be the one to save him. 

He actually starts rooting for Lord when they’re stuck somewhere before reminding himself they’re his destined enemy.

Still gets oddly cranky when he finds out Lord failed to beat the boss

May the angels protect the person who is supposed to deliver the news to him

Aran has decided I’m not going to be beating extreme mode any time soon, so I’m sorry if these are inaccurate!

I'm here with another reader x Aslan request hihi

A reader who is one of Aslans best warriors who usually works alone. She's the "lone wolf" but is loyal to Aslan ans Dakkeon.

So I wanted headcannons of Aslan and Reader sparring and just being friends and having kinda master-student relationship. Reader ofc being an adult, like 30 years smth but still learning from Aslan. Maybe reader being a spear user?

Glad to be back! I gotta say, I love the potential fluff in each one of your requests. A spear is such a cool idea because it relies on agility, and a perfect counterpart for someone who relies on strength! 

Aslan

Silent and independent, you were probably one of the strongest warriors of Dakkeon

An onlooker would think you were close with your fellow soldiers from how well you communicated with them. That was far from the truth.

In terms of training sessions, lunch, and everything else, you were alone. Not that you minded. 

Your withdrawn nature meant no one would realize your potential; even Aslan, the man you swore to follow to death. But you didn’t care about acknowledgement. What matters is protecting him and Dakkeon.

You weren’t as physically strong as the other front-liners, leaving you to rely on your speed and coordination. As a result, you would be putting yourself through hours of merciless training.

So you were frustrated when you couldn’t perfect a rather simple technique. It was a low attack; a slice at the opponent’s ankles. 

The problem was you’d stumble when straightening yourself up, leaving yourself open to any sort of attack

You had been at it for days. Unknown to you, Aslan was closely keeping watch. He always had been. Knowing your habits, he knew you could keep training until you pass out. And he didn’t want that.

Imagine your surprise when Aslan approached you, asking for a spar

“I just want to test out my skills with a different kind of opponent!”

You were hesitant, but you accepted. At first, you deflected his attacks. You didn’t want to risk hurting him.

But he was slowly restricting your movements, closing in on you. As a spear user, distance and flexibility are key. If you weren’t panicking before, you were now.

You resorted to your last option. Taking a deep breath, you lowered yourself to the ground and swung your spear.

Not expecting you to flawlessly use the move, Aslan was caught off guard. He tripped back, leaving you enough time to stand back up and create some distance.

You could have used his moment of vulnerability to point your spear at him and secure a win, but you didn’t. Not only were you stunned at how well you executed the move, you were also worried for Aslan.

You dropped your spear and helped him up. He chortled, “You wouldn’t survive if I was a real enemy.” You just rolled your eyes in response.

“I’ve been thinking about it for a while, but you have the making of a commander.” Now it was your turn to be caught off guard.

Aslan didn’t miss the opportunity to laugh at your surprised face. “I’m serious! Though I don’t think the others know about your skills. You should hang out with us more.”

You mumbled you will next time, but he shook his head. “You don’t realize your potential. Dakkeon needs you as a commander as soon as possible. We’re all going to be gathering for a drink this evening. Tag along!”

For once, you didn’t feel disappointed as you picked up your spear and left the training area. 

Maybe you’d realized your self worth. Maybe you had tapped your locked up potential. You don’t know what was so different today. But one thing was for sure.

It felt nice to be acknowledged.

It’s gotten to the point teachers mark him absent without looking up

If he does arrive at campus, it becomes news

The university newspaper team once seriously debated to adding his non-absentees to the day’s news

His dorm has a worn out tea machine that runs on pure willpower at this point

The others who live with him (Astrid?) can tell you he stays up the entire night, he cries about studying rather than actually studying

Then he somehow passes all his exams????

Teachers who say that an A+ worth essay can’t be written in one night seriously underestimate his potential

Surprisingly, he’s really popular

Not because of all the confessions he receives from guys and girls alike, but because of how he somehow juggles being part of 6 clubs and and the vice president of the student council

I like to imagine he’s the university’s sportscasters and a sport event is the only time everyone in the entire campus shows up

Not because of the event but because of Joshua’s commentaries

“what the fuck jennifer a middleschooler who got cheated on kicks balls better than you” “Everyone on this team got into this university for being able to swing a bat and bobby can’t even do that properly”

Neither team is safe from him. They’re not only playing against each other for a win, but also to preserve their dignity that Joshua is breaking down

I mentioned how he’s confessed to a lot, so let’s talk about his nonexistent university dating life

He stays home at valentine’s day and studies while everyone else is buying each other chocolates
