In my wife’s human au of warrior cats (Step On Me on ao3) she envisions thunderclan as Persian, riverclan as Greek, or maybe Malaysian, windclan as Chinese or Korean, and shadowclan as Afghans, and the twolegs are white. There are other ethnicities, but the ones mentioned are the primary ones. It is also set to be like the 1700s with the technology and whatnot but the clothes are more modern.

The clothes they wear to the gatherings to be introduced as apprentice, med apprentice, med, warrior, deputy, and leader are the traditional clothes for each individual ethnicity.

Kittypets are either African American, Latino, Jamaican, or Cantonese.

CURRENTLY WATCHING? - still finishing up trust fx, and slowly going through one (or two) rewatches of the terror (amc). have been slowing down because i don't have the head for it or the time, sadly, i've been on the move this month, but when i'll settle down a bit i can't wait to go back to everything.

LAST MOVIE? - rewatched il gattopardo by visconti because it was on tv and i've been tempted to do so for weeks before that.
