Lost 50.2 pounds from July 2017 - September 2018... and now that I'm pregnant, I am taking a break from weight loss. I am trying to eat healthy overall, and after the birth I will keep going on my weight loss journey. But for now, I'm happy to say I lost 50 pounds before getting pregnant, and I started this pregnancy about 30 pounds less than my first pregnancy started.

I've been on a plateau for a few months, gaining and losing the same three or four pounds no matter how many or how few calories I eat. It's so frustrating.

Started July 29, 2017 (not exactly but that鈥檚 my last high weight recorded before I started dropping pounds when my IBS flared in October). This is March 24, 2018. I have a long way to go, but I鈥檓 under 185 pounds AND my BMI is under 35. Excited to see progress like this.

My husband wants me to jet across the street after work and catch the 5:02 train. But if I miss it (or "miss" it) I can get in about 20-25 minutes of walking back and forth on the platform, which is a lot of much-needed steps. See you later, honey. I'm on the 5:29.

It's frustrating to be doing well with my eating and water intake but not seeing results on the scale. The number is not going the right way. Trying not to be too hard on myself but it's so easy to feel like a failure.

Today鈥檚 breakfast: scrambled eggs with turkey breast and shredded cheddar cheese. No salt added, because cheese is already salty. 350 calories. Perfect with an apple and a glass of water.

not weight related, but on my mind tonight. low libido sucks, and it might be my depression or antidepressant, but i wish i wanted to screw my husband. i love him, i *want* to want to fuck him, but it's just not there for me lately. it's not normal to count how many times you have sex each year, right? because it's not a lot at all and it's my fault.

My Healthy Weight Loss Tips
Eat 3 meals a day and if you really need to snack in between then eat something healthy or low calorie. For example: fruit, crackers, nuts.
Drink as much water as possible. It鈥檚 good for weight loss but also it鈥檚 healthy, good for your skin, hair and nails.
When you first start exercising then start slow. Maybe a 20 minute work out and the gradually increase the intensity and length. Exercise at least twice a week.
Allow yourself to eat unhealthily every once in a while. If your doing well and your body is healthy and your where you want to be then treat yourself. Eat a pizza yourself. Have chocolate and sweets and soda. Life is for living so eat what you want.
Keep realistic standards. Your not going to lose 100 pounds in a week. Even if you lose 1 pound in a week, progress is progress no matter how small.
Do it for you. Don锟斤拷t try to lose weight for anyone. If you want to be healthy then do it for you. If your happy with whatever size you are then you do you. You鈥檙e beautiful no matter what you look like. Society just has unrealistic standards.
