Thank you for being there for me... for us... especially when I can't be... it's really hard to do things sometimes... to care for myself and to love myself... but when I'm feeling not so okay... its nice to know you're there to support me...

I'm really grateful for how much love and care we have for each other... how much growth we have had to bring us to this point... we've gotten through so much together... stuff we never could have imagined facing... but we're still here... and we're still learning to rely on each other and trust each other and love each other... we haven't given up and that means so much... thank you for being so strong and loving... we're doing so good... I love you all...

To My System...

I'm grateful for the effort you put into our survival every day. It takes so much to care for yourself, other headmates, and the body, but somehow we all manage to do that every day and that is absolutely amazing. And for the days where it's just too hard to move or too hard to get out of bed we're there to support each other, to make it through that rough patch.

We are the best method of our survival, our biggest supporters, and I am in awe of that. We all have such big responsibilities both in-sysyem and out, and we face them head-on. We are so brave and so strong and I love us for that.

To my system...

I just wanted to let you all know that I am so incredibly proud of us for how far we've come and how much we've grown 💕

I'm so proud of us for making it this far and for fighting for what we need and deserve. I'm proud of us for learning to love ourselves and our body. I'm proud of us for growing to see that sometimes people are hurting and that's okay, but that still doesn't make it okay for them to treat you bad. I'm proud of us for finding self respect and learning how to set boundaries. I am proud of us for learning what healthy relationships look like and for working to create those in our life. I am proud of us for learning to make friends and communicate and for just... being happy.

I am so grateful for all of you and for this disorder. I know that sounds so silly, but honestly... this disorder saved our life. We saved our life. We are the reason that we are still here today, the reason that we lived to become an adult. We are the reason that we can look in the mirror and love what we see, who we are, who we have fought to become despite everything that we have been through. We did that. We saved ourselves and we continue to do it every day and I cannot express how proud of us I am for that. When everyone else failed us, we were there for each other and that means everything.

I love every single person in this system so much and I hope you all are so proud of yourselves for all of this because I know I am
