Went to a doctor's appointment today, and told him that my anxiety medicine just make me feel fine, I didn't have and panic attack or anxiety rush since I started the medication. And I said that, the only thing bothering me, was the fact that, the medication didn't make me less hungry, and that I was feeling hungry all the time, so, without questioning me, he just prescribed a medication that makes me feel full all the time, and give me energy, AND burn calories if combined with some easy going exercise like walking or running. I just fell in love with this doctor!

So, this is how many calories I just burned by doing my house chores (I researched this so idk if this actually accurate, but I prefer to believe it is):

-Vacuuming: 100-200 calories (per hour) *Did 1 hour*

-Mopping: 100-200 calories (per hour) *Did 40 minutes*

-Laundry: 50-100 calories (per hour) *Did 1 hour*

-Scrubbing the bathroom: 180-300 calories (per hour) *Did 1 hour*

-Make/change the bed: 300 calories *Did 30 minutes*

-Washing dishes by hand and cleaning up the kitchen: 187 calories (30 minutes) *Did 1 hour*
