Finished my first Rosie piece! I could talk about all the details that didn’t come out perfect, but honestly this piece mean so much more to me than I even expected it to... I had a lot of glass artists reach out about the pattern asking if they could make one for themselves because of how important she was to them or someone close to them. The amazing treleemcc actually made this piece and donated it to a local women shelter. (Check out his page to see his finished piece, or stay tuned and I’ll share it later!) I am so blown away by how many people love and adore Rosie, even though she’s mostly a fictional character. She stands for so much more than she initially meant to and I hope she remains a feminist icon for generations to come.

Another holiday commission for a dad who loves his Land Rover Defender 110 adventure mobile. Custom commissions have been such a fun challenge, and I've gotten to experiment with new glass like this beautiful olive green that may be my new obsession.

One of my favorite Christmas commissions was this half sunflower window topper! I love how all of the amber and yellow tones came together.

This piece is near and dear to my heart. When I was 16 I worked as an administrative assistant for a local general contractor that my dad knew. When I was 24 I rebranded the identity of that same company as a freelance graphic designer. Now at 26 I've been able to use my new knowledge of stained glass to create the same logo I designed... I feel like my relationship with this brand has grown as I've grown as a designer and an artist and it still blows my mind when I see signs and trucks around town with my design on them. Forever a fan girl. Forever humbled by the opportunities I've been given over the years. Forever thankful for the support of my dad who made all of this possible. This was his gift to the owner for the holidays this year.

There’s something about dads and old cars that just just makes sense... For my dad’s birthday I created a stained glass tribute to his first true love - his copper 1957 Chevy - complete with chrome (mirrored) trim!

"The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in its net of wonder forever." - Jacques Cousteau
This was truly a collaborative piece as my mother (who commissioned it) chose the glass and helped decide on a pattern. She also foiled the entire thing herself! This pattern is my interpretation of a few traditional mermaid tattoos that I adored. Back lighting a piece tends to transform it completely, and this beauty is no different. She chose champagne pink glass for the skin, soft yellow and cream glass for the hair, and a combination of vivid teal and iridescent wispy white for the tail to give her fins and scales that shimmering look.

A wedding gift designed in collaboration with the bride and groom’s sweet friend who commissioned it. Designed based on the story of how these two individuals met and fell in love and moved from Northern California to Southern California. Designing a piece for other artists is always intimidating, but I am so pleased with the results and so were they.  I followed my initial inspiration for this commission and continued to create colorful pieces that reflected the vibrant coastal environment I find myself in which eventually formed the California Day Dreaming collection. California was my birth place and has remained my home my entire life. I may leave it one day, but it will never leave me.

"Meower, meower on the wall, who's the cutest of them all?" 🐱Anyone who knows me would know that it was only a matter of time before my two favorite things collided into one (I think beautiful) idea. ⚡️ For my fellow crazy cat people, I introduce the "Body Pawsitive Mirror"! I've struggled with my own body image and confidence, and I noticed myself shying away from my own reflection. In an effort to remind myself that the mirror is nothing to fear, I came up with some ideas for minimal statement mirror pieces that inspire a more positive reaction when you look in the mirror. The first being cat ears to evoke your inner silly, playful energy. Try looking at your reflection in this and not smiling. I DARE YOU!
