I'm really sorry for my lack of posting, I recently had some not so friendly interactions with the Hellaverse community and it actually affected my wants to keep talking about both the series.

I love the characters but the community itself can get rather toxic when you have a opinion the majority doesn't agree with. I don't think I'll stop posting forever but will take long breaks before doing so. Thanks for all the support so far and for those who keep waiting for my silly character interactions.

It's pure chaos, nothing even feels real anymore.

You're fighting against the angels, your hotel mates are making them drop like flies, the snipe in your hands feels cold, the angelic metal shines slightly within the darkness of your hiding spot. You're covering your friends up.

You don't let any angel come too close, you already shot two that managed to sneak their way up to Sir Pentious and Husker, the silver bullets flying to their skulls in the blink of an eye. That's the place you should be, you can't help but think, more safe than the others and still helping as you can.

Your peace doesn't last as long as you hoped it would, you hear a flap of wings coming from behind you.

“Surprise bitch!!”

You move as fast as the bullets that left you gun, and still it's almost not enough to keep your head still in your body. Adam swings his guitar like it's a axe and for sure cuts like one, hitting your sniper instead of you and completely destroying it.

You try to pull the backup gun you left on your hip, but the commander is quicker and pushes you back, cornering you against one of the hotel walls and pushing the cable of his guitar against your neck, making sure you won't even think of moving.

“I got you now piece of shit.” he chuckles cruelly. “Thought you could sneak on me? I'm fucking Adam, no one does that and lives to tell history.”

Your eyes close tightly, the memory of Angel asking once “Does that mean I would be double dead? Where would I go, to double hell?”, it was a joke, mocking, but you fear that you're about to know the answer to his question. You wait, a second, two, no pain, your throat wasn't open in a slash yet, you slowly open your eyes to see.

There's something about Adam's mask that makes you grow confused, the hologram, usually with cocky expression, seems almost… soft. The eyes are dilated and the smile is down to an almost confused pout, the guitar that traps you feels less tight and you can breathe normally again, is almost like he's… hesitating?

“Adam! Adam sir!” a voice screams for the distance.

Adam seems to go out of that weird trance and loses his composure just enough for you to be able to kick him away and sneak inside a hidden passage that you discovered a while back, blocking the entrance to ensure he wouldn't try following you inside.

“Adam! I saw you fighting with a demon, is everything okay sir?” the voice asks again, this time closer, one of his exterminators you bet, your hand is already at your pistol.

There's a few seconds of silence, you have a strange feeling the commander still has that same look on his face.

“Yeah… Yeah, what the fuck do you think? I'm THE Adam! That thing ran away from how scared they were.” he chuckles loudly, the pride back on his voice.

“Should we track them down?”

“No, they learned their lesson, not to mess with us. Let's focus our attention on the other ones!”

They seem to fly away after that, and yet you stay put and listen, trying to focus beyond your heartbeat. He knew where you were and didn't bother to finish the job… why?

You shake your confusion away, they need you in battle and by the end of that day, one of you would end up killed.

Could I please request Charlie, Vaggie, Sir Pentious, & Alastor with a reader (any relationship, it can even be different from character to character if you want) who has a sort of defense mechanism superpower? I guess it could be smth like the Avatar State, that really the only example of what I'm talking about that's coming to mind rn. Thanks!

A/N: Took your idea and joined it with the electric shock of an electric catfish because I find animal defense mechanisms cool as hell.

𖤓Charlie

• She didn't mean to scare you, she really didn't, she knows you have a very… unique way of dealing with stress, but with so many things in her mind she ended up forgetting.

• She touched your shoulder while your back was turned at her, her voice just a little too high pitched was the nail in the coffin and your special “power” activated.

• The electric wave traveled through the hotel's corridor, making the lights flick and stunning her in place, her hair reacting to the static and getting all messy. You have to act quick and catch her before she falls to the ground, being disoriented yourself thanks to the amount of energy you just used all at once.

• The next few minutes are filled with you and her apologizing at each other. It ends up evolving into laughing a few seconds later tho, she's fine, you're fine, and she promises to not sneak up on you anymore.

𖤓Vaggie

• Poor woman, she was just going on with her day, happened to sit by your side at the couch and Angel had the amazing idea that pull a prank on her, he knows about your defense mechanism and thought it would be funny as hell to bully Vaggie with it.

• She was paralyzed for about five minutes from how big of a scare Angel gave you, and you sat there by her side while he was laughing his ass off. And let's say, she wasn't too happy. He managed to sneak off so her anger was directed at you.

• She wasn't that harsh, but she did came to the conclusion that your electric quirk could be a danger to the hotel and its residents, so she took it as her duty to teach you how to control it.

• The next weeks left you completely exhausted as she drained every single bit of energy out of you in order to achieve her self imposed mission. You give her credit, it did indeed work and now it isn't as easily activated as before and she even took you to eat in a few nice restaurants after your training so that's a plus.

𖤓Alastor

• Finds you curious, as a way to put it nicely, he wasn't hit by the shock himself but rather saw it happen to another crew member and started studying you more.

• He noticed how it can vary from the type of scare and levels of stress you went through, according to him it could reach up to a entire building if triggered enough. For some reason, he shared that information with you.

• That was nice of him, you think, he usually is so cold and cruel when it comes to you, always giving those smiles that is enough to make your skin crawl. And just for a moment you start to believe he's warming up to you, just like he seemed to be with Niftty and-

• Nevermind, he's already pulling you around to places with Vox's technologies and making you short circuit in his electronics, he even offered to help you train your ability so you can use it even without getting scared, the nerve of this guy.

• At least now you can control your cool superpower and is somehow “bonding” with Alastor.

𖤓Sir Pentious

• How he discovered? Accidently bumped into you and got shocked to the point he was sure he was going to double die. How did he react after? Orbited around you curiously for the next days.

• He found it so curious, his inventor and scientific side taking over him and even getting past his usual shyness. He would make all sorts of questions, can you control it? How long did you know you had it? How does that relate to your death? How powerful is it? He has a full questionnaire.

• Would drag you into experiments, nothin’ crazy, just to see how much you could evolve with his help, would also use you to charge his machines, which did not go so well the first couple of times, I'll be honest, you did explode some of them and ended the lives of a few Egg Bois in the process. But alas he persisted.

• Despite his strong approach he would be totally acceptable of your unique little quirk.

𖤓Charlie

4/10. Trusts her partner with her whole life.

• Hardly ever gets jealous, she knows you well and knows you would never do anything to hurt her, actually finds it nice that you have people to hang out with outside the hotel.

• Now, that doesn't mean she never feels jealous, it happens once or twice. When someone gets way too touchy, if you end up canceling something with her or skips your group bonding activities. 

• She doesn't demonstrate it because she doesn't want to look clingy and make a scene, she knows it's just in her head and that you love her dearly, there's no need to worry. 

• If it reaches the point that she can't hold these feelings back, she'll call you to a more private place and talk about it, she'll make sure that you know what is bothering her so you know what to fix.

• Make sure to hug her and tell her how much she means to you after that, it will ease her worries. 

𖤓Vaggie

6/10. Thinks she's better at keeping a facade than she actually is. 

• Believe it or not she actually feels jealous very often when it comes to you, and she hates it. 

• If any sinner or demon gets too close or pushes your boundaries even by a second she'll be frowning and killing them with her eyes.

• She deals with it terribly, she doesn't want to admit she's actually jealous because it hurts her pride, but she's also terrible at hiding it and will start swearing and being passive aggressive to the person you're talking to.

• You're the one that needs to start a serious conversation about her jealousy, and a long talk it is because it takes looong before she admits her feelings. 

• She will apologise after noticing how she acted, take a deep sigh and promisse she'll try to control herself more if it ever happens again. You'll be hugging it out all day long after that.

𖤓Alastor

1/10. Watch if he actually gives a fuck.

• Doesn't bother to know with who, for how long and how you're spending time with, actually prefers when you're not around annoying him with your presence. 

• The ONLY way I can see him getting jealous is when it's something related to Vox in any way. 

• You got a new tecnologie from VoxTek? He'll destroy it the moment he sees it. Ever gets close to the same place he is? Alastor teleports to where you are and stops any interaction to even begin. He really despises that man. 

• Take that chance to make fun of him because is the only ones you'll have to see him showing some type of genuine care for you and honestly is pathetic.

𖤓Husker

2/10. Finds no reason to ever be jealous about you.

• Husker never expected you to keep any type of relationship with him in a long therm, be it friendship, romantic or whatever; so jealousy is a sentiment he convinced himself he wouldn't feel.

• You want to hang out with your friend in their house or at a party, go for it, he won't complain about the time or your clothes. You start hanging out with someone clearly younger and less grumpy than him, he won't be surprised if he gets replaced by them.

• He tries to ignore the tightness that forms in his heart some of these times, because there's no reason to care if it happens. In the end, you will always be back on the weekend for a bottle of whisky and he will (gladly) serve you. 

• Don't be surprised if he starts rubbing his face against your body tho, it's a natural instinct that assures him you're still a least a little bit his.

𖤓Angel

7/10. Petty and complaining all the way through. 

• It's not about getting jealous frequently, is about the intensity, and let me tell you, he's intense. When he gets upset at you it's easy to tell and hard to deal with. 

• He doesn't like when you're flirty with people, especially with people he doesn't know, even if friendly, that's a you and him thing to do. 

• He'll ghost you, will ignore you at the hotel and will throw random insults, if not at you, at a thing that you like; he will also be even more flirty with guys around him. 

• Luckly is not hard to fix things up with him, if you sit and talk it out or just say sorry out of the bat he'll put all that attitude behind and act as usual with you. 

• Expect him to be a little more clingy and touchy with you for a few days tho. 

𖤓Niffty

8/10. Watch your back while you sleep.

• She gets attached to people very easily, you included, and doesn't like being put in second place. It's not like she doesn't have other stuff to do, she mostly won't even notice for being too busy cleaning. 

• But when she does, oh, expect her to be mad. She'll threaten the person you're talking to, be it with her weird one eye look or pointing a knife at them; she will climb on you more often and do anything to catch your attention. 

• It's easy to tell she's jealous and the best you can do is actually pay more attention and hang out with her, make sure she doesn't think she's the problem or else she'll start crying. 

• Also, expect dead bugs in a very dirty room when you come back if you don't make up things with her, she holds grudges.

𖤓Sir Pentious

8/10. Hissing and whining like a abandoned dog.

• Gets jealous easily, be it for the clothes that you're wearing, the people you're around or even when his Egg Bois get more attention than him, he's petty like that. 

• His dramatic ass is making a scene out of it too, not in front of everyone, but when you two are talking alone he's putting a hand on his head, another on his chest and start chanting on how you aren't around him anymore. 

• There will be times where he finds the courage to go up to the person causing jealousy and tell them that they're bothering him. If it's about clothes he'll just bluntly say you need to change them.

• He also can't hold that annoyance for too long, if you get upset by his attitude or start ignoring him for it, give him a few hours and he'll come back lowering his head and telling he's sorry for being unreasonable. 

• To makes thing up quickly just be very close physically with him, he will melt, ran out of words and those noisy feelings will go away. 

𖤓Lucifer

9/10. When I'm in a jealous competition and my opponent is Lucifer. 

• As the sin of Pride, Lucifer can be very possessive of things and even people, some things aren't meant to be shared, and you are one of those. 

• Passive aggressive attitude all the way through, hides his frustration behind that big ass smile. It actually isn't directed at you, but rather at the person he's jealous of, he would never be mad with you. 

• Said person wants to talk to you? He finds a way to grab your attention first and pulls you away. They reach to touch you in any way? He slaps their hand away with his staff and says that is rude to touch someone without warning. A gift that hints a little too much? He'll give you a even greater one. 

• There's no way to control his jealousy, he can't be fixed no matter how much you assure him. Alastor 100% takes advantage of that and messes with you just to annoy him btw, good luck with that.

• She's mostly concerned about how young you are, not that you're a teenager or something, but the age you died is concerning since you're younger than anyone at the hotel.

• She's an extrovert so she might not notice how shy you are at first because she's just so excited to have you around that she is already showing all of her hotel to you and wishing you a good stay.

• Even with that bubbly personality of her's, it's actually pretty easy for you to feel comfortable enough around her to express your feelings, she's just so sweet like that. You feel like you can tell her all of your problems that she would listen to carefully within a day of meeting her.

• She's the type to be a sister figure, she's always trying to make you open up more with weekly trust exercises and besides her looks wouldn't hesitate to put a demon in their place if they treat you badly. She considers everyone at the hotel family, but you're the one that needs most protection out of them, so she's going to be the best host you could ask for.

𖤓Vaggie

• She's the least chaotic of the people in the hotel, she likes to solve things calmly and sometimes with brute force but only when it's necessary. Your more timid demeanor is a breath of fresh air from all these sinners full of themselves.

• She's the one that gets more rational the moment she sees you're not dealing very well with the things around, she gives you space and time to be comfortable around the place, especially because she feels that you really want to change for the better. She also calms Charlie down when she's being too excited around you.

• She wants to help you be more sturdy tho, Hell is a dangerous place and you need to fight for yourself, so she gives you private fighting lessons on basic self defense, she can get a little too aggressive while training but if you actually get hurt she'll say sorry and help take care of you.

• The way she makes you feel welcomed is very different from the others, she makes you feel safe, she protects you from Angels comments and teaches you how to stand up, she's just like an older sister that wouldn't hesitate to kill for you and has a strong sense of bonding.

𖤓Angel

• He finds you almost adorable, he probably just enjoys having someone that kinda looks up to him as an example, you almost envy his personality and how easy-going he seems to be, he enjoys the attention and praise.

• Will eventually grown attached to having you around but he's very good a not showing it, he's an actor for a reason after all, but he can still be very sweet with you and sometimes even protective, not so much, but he'll tell a demon to suck a dick if they are mean to you.

• He helps you try and lose up more, be more extroverted, he takes you to drink on bars or go to clubs so you can try to make more friends. He can easily get distracted if Cherri is also there and might not notice if you get uncomfortable at first, but don't be afraid to tell him that you want to leave, he won't be mad at you and will do as you ask.

• He really makes you feel like you belong, especially when you two are just doing skin-care and telling gossips, he feels like a older brother and you appreciate how much he takes care of you.

𖤓Sir Pentious

• Daddy issues? Naahh, this man got child issues if that's even a thing. He craves for the feeling of having a child like it's something he misses deeply without even knowing why, so the moment he realizes that you, the shy one of the crew is looking up to him he's being all clingy with you.

• He tries to look cool, something that either he fails at or his Egg Bois do it for him, he wants to make up to your expectations towards him because you're one of the little people who treat him nicely. You mainly admire him because besides being a little timid like you, he's a very intelligent inventor.

• He makes you gadgets for your self defense and makes sure one of his Egg Bois is always following you to keep you safe, they can't do much but are very useful as bait so you can run while they get attacked.

• Expect a bunch of drama and dad jokes coming from him, that's his way of trying to sound cool and reliable to you, he wants to be a good father figure or whatever figure you need and that's what makes you feel so welcomed and cared for when you're around him. Make sure to give him a hug everytime he does nice things to you, he appreciates it.

im back with more chaotic modern reader x hazbin crew... 👀👀

just imagine a reader who cannot take things seriously. like, oh you're sad? their response is either "not a slay" or "that didn't eat". oh Angel and Husk are having yet another argument and the rest of the hotel is tense (-Alastor)? reader just obnoxiously sips tea. oh Adam is going on his "I'm better than you all" rant during the fight? reader just obnoxiously chews popcorn.

A/N: I rewrote this a few times because I had too many ideas on what to do but didn't want it to be too long. Anyways, hope you enjoy Anon!

• You just don't get why people make such a fuss about stupid things, they're already in hell, what are they whining about? This place isn't even that bad, it is way different from what you were teached at least, you actually enjoy being here.

• You're not the most reliable person to go to when it comes to having a serious conversation, you just don't give two shits about anything, why should you? Does it really matter in this place, even if some demon gets angry at you, it's not like you can die again.

• You saw Charlie crying or just really stressed out about the hotel, you either tell her to suck it up or don't even bother engaging and go call Vaggie to deal with it, not your girlfriend, not your problem. Sir Pentious says his sinceres sorries to you? You tell him to go fuck himself and still gives him death stares for a week, he destroyed the wall Alastor made you clean up earlier that day and you hold grudges very easily.

• Husker and Angel are having a discussion? You're filming it and whispering “Fight fight fight” in the back, you'll take any drama that happens at the hotel. And when they come back all friendly and even being gross with each other you put your head on the bar's counter and let out a disappointed sigh; “You two are flirting now? For fuck sake, I can't have jackshit in this hotel can I?”

• Lucifer is coming to the Hotel? You cared at first, but then realized he was not as hot as you imagined the king of Hell would be and decided that you won't mind, you only really pay attention to when he and Alastor are fighting. Your eyes did tear up a little bit when Lucifer and Charlie solved things with each other but you won't ever say that out loud.

• When Vaggie finally revealed that she was a angel to everyone, you took it as the biggest gossip of the year instead of and actual emotional moment and did not understand why Charlie was so shocked at this information, like, c'mon, that shit was the best.

• When the final battle is close, the one that you can actually kill you for good, you don't get all emotional, your side has a army of cannibals, Alastor and the princess of Hell, why should you worry? Still, you find yourself drinking with your hotel mates the night before the fight, you find yourself talking happily to Charlie and Vaggie, telling Sir Pentious to just kiss Cherri Bomb already, you congratulate Angel and his future relationship with Husker which makes him laugh.

• This is Hell, you're here because you deserve it, but tomorrow is another day that no one can tell what happens so might as well enjoy it while it lasts, but you totally don't care about the hotel, yeah… Totally don't care.

Having to deal with Loona

• Loona by herself is already a piece of work, she's rude to everyone for no reason, doesn't do her job well and is lazy as fuck.

• You would be no exception and she would make comments about your clothes, your hair, the way you talk, anything that can put you down.

• She constantly steals your lunch, and doesn't matter where you hide it, she will just sniff it and eat it all, she even throws tantruns if you get angry with her about it.

• You constantly have to do her job for her. She will just take a break no matter the time and leave the clients hanging on the phone. Not only you have to work as a assassin but also as a secretary when she just decides to not be around.

• It doesn't help that 60% of the time the calls aren't from raging clients but from that horny owl prince Blitzø slept with and you have to listen to his deranged commentary on your boss.

Blitzø's shenanigans

• Your boss is far from being responsible and you learned that way too late. He's loud, unprofessional, has a weird thing for horses and doesn't care on respecting your personal life.

• He constantly spies on you the same way he does with Millie and Moxxie. You already changed the locker five times and always makes sure the windows are closed but he always gets in and eats your goddam food.

• His weird thing for horses also makes your life worse, most of the times the cleaning duty is up to you and his drawers are full of pictures, art and horses figurines, you want to clean your eyes with bleach after seeing some of those images. He also info dumps to you about his OCs.

• There's also multiple occasions were you have to pick him up from places, either because he got way too drunk or because he got in trouble with another demon and got kicked out of the place he was.

• You don't even bother asking about your paycheck anymore, you just wait until Blitzø feels like paying you for the month and try not to waste it all at once 'cause you never know when he will remember to pay you again.

Moxxie and Millie being clingy

• At first you thought the two were very cute together, who wouldn't? A loving couple that like showing to the world they were in love, what's so wrong about it?

• But then you actually started working with them and oh Satan were they a handful to deal with. They just can't keep their tongues away from each other and in the worst timing too.

• You'll enter a room and the two of them will be all over each other, being all flirty and gross that you can't help but make fake vomiting noises and leave. Or you all will be in the middle of killing and they will get turned on by nothing and will start making out while shooting the target, you just don't get why.

• Working with them is basically just being a third wheel for hours and is a mental test because they will make sure you know they love each other and will start singing togheter like they're in some type of musical.

Villain of the week kinda bullshit

• Your paycheck doesn't make justice for the amount of trouble you are pulled to by default just by existing close to them. You lost count of how many close to death experiences you had with these Imps.

• When you thought it would be a easy job, boom, your target was actually a crazy woman with a shotgun. You wanted a nice time at a theme park while working as security for the owl guy, nuh-uh, can't have that, the park is now on fire. Going to the Warth ring to have some fun and happened to meet a hot cowboy guy? Too bad, he's also evil.

• You all somehow always get out of it unharmed, sometimes with major brusies like the time you came back with a big cut on your arm because one of the Cherub's arrows actually hit you, but it's still a miracle to you that you're all alive. But your coworkers always move past it like it's nothing.

• And to be honest? You do the same, after so much time having to deal with this crazy scenarios, you just grow used to it. Your free time at the office is just waiting for a new costumer to come or to a new wacky adventure to start.

• Also, I hope you know how to sing because said Villains of the week like singing a lot and will do at any given opportunity.

• She has experience with taking care of pets, like Kiki, Razzle and Dazzle; so she totally would make the space around you comfortable for you to act the way you want. I also think that Kiki would sometimes hiss at you for no reason but Charlie is trying her best to make Kiki like you more.

• She would ask if you were okay with her petting you sometimes, she's not malicious or anything, she just truly loves seeing how your face would immediately soften with her touch.

• Likes when you sleep close to her, all curled up in couch or in bed, your presence helps her relax when she ends up too stressed trying to make the hotel work.

𖤓Vaggie

• She's not the biggest animal enjoyer but wouldn't mind you doing your own thing. She does have some experience since she helped Charlie take care of her own pets but watching someone that was previously a human act like that makes her side-eye a few of your actions.

• Would be more helpful if your demon form is similar to a bird, if you had wings she would offer herself to peel your feathers and clean them up so you don't have to do it alone. She was a angel before and had to do the same things but she won't tell you that part.

• You would end up scaring her sometimes tho, she would be going down stairs to grab some water and she would see your figure just down the hall, eyes shining in the shadows as your head quickly turned to look at her, making it even more creepy. She stares at you for a few moments before slowly going back up without her water.

• That would keep happening until she just got used to it and started having midnight snacks with you, even falling asleep with you curled up around her in the couch, she suffers from insomnia and your presence makes her fall asleep easier, but she always wakes up earlier than you so you're always alone in the couch by the morning.

• Stills thanks you thought, in a way no one hears, she's too embarrassed to admit to everyone she has trouble sleeping but you don't mind keeping it a secret, especially when she's being way nicer to you.

𖤓Alastor

• Finds you amusing, I imagine him being rather surprised when he first saw you demonstrate your more animal side, probably thinking at first that you were stupid or something.

• He already likes to mess with Husker, treating him like an actual pet so you would be no different, you may not own your soul to him but living under the same roof means having to deal with his annoying treatment towards you.

• Would pull you around with him and present you to people as if you were his actual pet, ordering you around and making you fetch things for him. And he always talks with you in the most forced cute voice ever, now you get why Husker hates this guy.

• If you ever try to intimidate him by pretending you're going to bite him or something along those lines he'll simply give you a stern look and a slightly more forced smile before saying something along the lines of “What a fiesty one.”. To put it simple, he likes to make your life miserable and there's no way to get rid of him.

𖤓Husker

• He's also technically a animal, he looks more like a cat than he looks human at least and had to deal with controlling his instincts as well, he understand your struggles and will be there to help you control them.

• If your sinner form was more cat-like than he would find it easier to teach you but has advices for other animal related demon forms as well, he makes sure you feel good with yourself.

• But a few of his own animal behaviors would show up by default because you're there. He would rub his face against your arms, his ears would peark up when he hears your voice and there were multiple ocasions were you two feel asleep curled up around each other.

• But you do similar stuff as well so he feels less pathetic when letting his cat side win for a few minutes. Just never dare to talk about how he purrs around you, he'll have your head if you do so.

𖤓Angel

• He enjoys annoying you and making bad sexual jokes about your behavior (like calling you a pussy out of nowhere or something along those lines). He also totally would play pranks that would awaken your more animalistic side.

• Like, I imagine you're literally just chilling on the lobby's couch and then suddenly there's one of those cat lasers moving all around the place and you can't help but chase it around while he's laughing loudly in the background.

• Takes photos of you when you're not looking, but not normal distracted photos, he only takes them when you're doing something embarrassing. The only sweet photos he has of you are the ones you're with Fat Nuggets, be with him sleeping in your lap or just playing with him.

• Would probably buy you a dog-collar for your birthday as a prank, but it actually looks kind nice, being all decorated and having you name in the pendant so if you somehow don't feel too embarrassed to use it he would give you a sly smile before coming back to do whatever he does normally.

𖤓Niffty

• If you have any animal characteristics she'll totally stop everything she's doing to play with your tail/ears/wings or whatever you have, you're a walking fluff ball for her.

• Would insist on helping you bathe, she actually knows ways that not even you knew to keep your hair and fur/wings clean and soft. She would make sure you're all cleaned up.

• Would be more than pleased to receive dead animals if you bring them to her. She would make them onto furniture around the hotel and her room or just turn part of them into accessories.

𖤓Sir Pentious

• Secretly finds you adorable, like, have you seen the way he looked at Kiki when she sat on his lap? He's a total sucker for animals but pretends he isn't.

• You can catch his pupils growing bigger and his eyes shine while he looks at you do anything that resembles a small animal, like stretch yourself, get a sudden burst of energy or sit in high places at the hotel, he tries to play it cool when he notices you’re looking at him but is terrible at hiding that he was staring.

• Would build things for you if you asked him, sometimes without you even asking, for you to put out those animal instincts in more healthier ways insitead of on the hotel, and would keep it a total secret, he doesn't want to make you embarrased.

• He would ask, in a very timid way if he can pet you, if you ask why he wants to pet you he would probably say something among the lines of: “B-because I'm petting EVERYONE HERE!”

𖤓Lucifer

• He loves animals, he helped create some of them back in the days when he was still in heaven so he has a special place in his heart for them, if your sinner form has animal characteristics you can be sure he'll be orbiting around you in pure bliss.

• Asks you a lot of questions on how your body works, what's your diet, how much time it took for you to adjust, even more personal questions, he's kinda oblivious to the fact that you may be uncomfortable with them, he's just so curious (even more if you so happen to have a sinner form similar to a bird).

• Would have a special area designed just for you in his Apple Tower in the hotel where you like to hang out for a big part of the day, watching him build his ducks or anything else he's feeling like building that day. He eventually breaks the silence between him and you when he has a new question to ask but tries to let you be as much as possible.

• When you do anything that he remotely finds adorable, he will start talking in those sweet voices that you use to talk to pets or babies, he's not treating you like an actual animal, he just can't contain his adoration for your behaviors to himself, don't worry, he won't talk to you like that in public, not after he notice how uncomfortable you looked in front of the others. He'll save his reactions for when you two are just by yourselfs.

oh my god! I just read the modern time one and it gave me an idea!! hazbin crew with a modern reader that is just so chaotic. but like not even a dangerous chaotic and they could probably be killed by any demon but they just have no regard for their safety at all. if a demon makes them mad, the yell at the random demon (even if it's like Alastor or something, they just don't care) calling it something stupid. or if they so much as encounter a slight inconvenience they act like their dying all over again and then within a few seconds goes back to normal like nothing happened. but is overall just entertaining to have around the hotel

• She lost the count of how many times she apologized in your name to random demons on the streets and stores every time you two go out together, you simply have no filter.

• If a demon annoys you you'll scream at them, if they look at you in a way you didn't like you'll flip them off, you just don't care about your own safety and the fact that you're being rude for no reason and that kills her.

• Every week you'll have a behavior exercise where she'll make you be nice to a member of the hotel or simply do good deeds around hell, she even made you apologize to a demon that you fought in a clothe store once, that's your last favorite part of living in the hotel and you make that clear.

• But your behavior does come in handy sometimes, like when some random thought it would be nice to mess with Charlie and shit-talk her hotel, you threw your hot coffee on them making them run away with an angry grin. She didn't scold you that time but didn't say it was acceptable.

• “There are better ways to… resolve those types of situations, but I'm thankful that you stood up for me, that's another good attitude to have!”; “Whatever you say princess, you can thank me by buying me a new coffee.”

𖤓Vaggie

• Sometimes your way of acting annoys her, a lot, you're just so headstrong and so she is so you two just clash with each other a lot, and neither will give up so easily.

• You would make things that annoy her, like poking her or just making a few rude comments, and that would work because she would always have to hold herself to not put her spear on your throat and silence you herself.

• I imagine Charlie putting you two in one of those “get along” shirts, that didn't end up very well and you two almost threw punches with each other.

• The only moments you two middly get along is when a random attack happens at the hotel, what for some reason actually happens at least once a week, and both of you team up to beat the shit out of the demons, you two would he too tried to fight after.

• “You weren't so bad this time Vagina.”; “Don't make me add another one to my kill count.”; “To your what?”

𖤓Alastor

• You not being scared or intimidated by his presence annoys him like nothing else, he doesn't enjoy not being in control, he likes when people fear him and plead for their lives so your lack of care for his power makes his smile be a little more forced everytime.

• He dislikes your attitude towards him, but mostly dislikes how modern you are, you have no respect for him or the older demons, you're always using slangs he doesn't understand and is always so full of modern technology, he especially doesn't like the VoxTek phone you always carries with you.

• He's pretty verbal on how much he dislikes you, just how you are about him, he wouldn't be as aggressive like Vaggie when showing his dislike, he's more the type to give sarcastic comments than throw punches. There was only one occasion where he used his magic to make your phone get all glitchy with his presence.

• I also think he would like to try and correct you on things just out of spite. Sitting with your legs crossed? He'll tell you to sit properly. Bad posture? He touches your back with his staff making you fix it. Even when you're literally just doing your duties at the hotel, he'll tell you that you're doing it incorrectly to make you mad.

• “That's not how my mom taught me how to do it, you should try another way dear, maybe like that you'll actually be useful for something.”; “Oh, kiss my ass old man, come and do it yourself if you're so bothered by it.”

𖤓Husker

• Hates your guts 90% of the time, he hates the way you're just so careless like you aren't literally in Hell, he wonders how you didn't get yourself killed or had a beef with the wrong people already, you look like the type that would face against a Overlord.

• But he does like having you around the bar sometimes, he won't admit it of course, but he always offer you a drink after he sees you do something that annoys Alastor in the slightest.

• He also saved your ass a few times. When Charlie gives the hotel staff permission to have a night for themselves and go to a club, he just knows you'll enter a fight, doesn't matter how well the night is going, you always manages to get in trouble so he had to keep and eye on you all the time.

• After that fight at the club happened, just Like he tough it would, he has to carry your slightly bruised and heavily drunk body, putting one of your arms around his shoulders and holding you to make sure you don't fall while you state how annoyed you are that he got involved on your stuff again.

• “I could take that motherfucker, get my ass back there so I can show them.”; “And I wish I could take a break from you but we can't always have what we want, can we?”

𖤓Angel

• Do I even have to say he's the one that mostly enjoys your presence? He likes your attitude, your way of dressing, your personality, it matches his and you two can be just the most annoying pricks together.

• Your favorite activity when going out to do whatever is to silently judge sinners on the way, you and him would point at a random sinner while talking about their looks and shit-talking them just because you two can.

• If a sinner ever gets annoyed at you two Angel just knows that you're not going to stay quiet about it and will most likely try to fight them, and as the good friend he is, he's always there to help you out in a fight with some fire power.

• He makes sure to not talk about his boss though, he knows that if you learn about how horrible he's treated by him you'll want to go there and have a conversation with him yourself. He will make sure that you're far away from Valentino with your careless attitude.

• “You know what toots? You should meet my friend Cherri, you two were made for each other.”; “If she's anything like me then I know she's no good influence, when can I meet her?”

𖤓Niffty

• She enjoys your attitude, probably thinks it's attractive and will call you a Bad Boy (in a gender neutral way).

• She's probably giggling every time you're creating chaos or getting into a beef with another demon, you're just her type to be honest and she'll for sure start flirting with you in her own weird way.

• The only way I see her not liking your attitude is if you're openly getting things dirty, like not cleaning the dishes when it's your turn or not bothering to throw the trash in the trash can, the only thing that she likes more than people with bad attitudes e keeping things clean so that's the only way you can really annoy her with your way of act.

• “Hey bad boy, I made you a gift, hehehhehe~”; “How… peculiar… What are those?”; “The mother bugs I killed on front of their children and turned into a necklace.”; “.... Riggghtt…”

𖤓Sir Pentious

• The first time he interacted with you was when he attacked the hotel trying to fight Alastor and you commented on how noisy and weak he looked so let's say he was not very pleased with you at first.

• He's still very annoyed with you at first when he started living at the hotel and would give you the silent treatment, or at least try, he's not very good at just ignoring your rude comments, especially if it is about his looks, you just find his hat funny.

• After you two, forced by Charlie and her exercises probably, started to know each other he would start to like you, you two would just be so extra together, he's a theater kid and you're chaotic neutral energy what could possibly go wrong?

• Definitely tries to act a little bit like you after you two start hanging out, be it by trying to act a little more rude and confident or by trying to use more modern slangs and expressions. You can appreciate the effort.

•If his first impression of your headstrong and somewhat cocky attitude is when you're being rude to Alastor or just your simple existence making the Radio Demon annoyed, he'll already like you.

• He would be surprised at first while interacting with you on how much you just didn't care, you would talk to him like he was a long-term friend instead of the king of Hell that you just met a while ago, are all people on earth like that?

• You would have to be a little patience with him, because he would ask you tips on how to act around people, you're younger and came from a newer generation, he can learn one thing or two with you, especially about the right ways to say insults, you don't need him saying “I'm going to fuck you” again.

• You remind him of Charlie's emo phase, he will chuckle every time you do something that reminds of her smug attitude in that period of her life. Don't be offended if he calls you emo, that's the only word he knows to describe your personality.

• Charlie may be thousands of years old, but she knows how to catch up with new times, slangs and trends.

• She's not very used with songs of the human realm tho, most songs that they have in Hell were made right there. But there are some occasions were a Succubus will record their own cover of a human song since they can travel there and back.

• So when the voice of Verosika Mayday starts singing CPR on your headphones, you can't not sing along, the main reason you started listening to her is because she does these covers. You don't even try to sing quietly, you're just going all out.

• Charlie doesn't know how to react well to sexual situations, be it a sudden porn commercial with Angel that decided to pass on the TV, random posters with nudity on the streets or even songs. So when you hear you sing explicit lyrics she does panic a little.

• She would politely ask you to lower down your voice, she wouldn't forbid you from listening to your music, especially if it is something that reminds you of earth, but she does want you to be a little more quiet with those suggestive words.

𖤓Vaggie

• If she heard you singing anything like that she would first give you a harsh look and cross her arms from the other side of the room, she does not enjoy how explicit you're being but Charlie said to not cause problems with the other members of the hotel.

• The second time she listens to you sing like that she snaps and grabs your phone away from you, scolding your and saying that if you want to stay in the hotel you'll have to behave and that those songs are against what the hotel stands for.

• She's very passionate on making Charlie's dream come true and will try to do anything in her power to ban stuff that resembles sin from the hotel, she already couldn't get rid of the bar, at least she can put a stop to vulgar songs. That causes some minor conflicts between you both.

• And don't even try to explain that it is a song from your period of time and that is just fine from where you came from on earth, she'll not listen and still say you can't listen or sing to those songs anymore. You resort to only listening to them in your room.

𖤓Alastor

• I think it's no surprise that Alastor dislikes anything that resembles modernity, he hates the annoying picture boxes, the noisy rectangles that people carry around, and of course, he hates the newer songs as well.

• When he hears you sing any song that has sexual connotation he rolls his eyes in annoyance and lowers his deer ears, he gives you a death stare and makes sure to show he's annoyed. He doesn't get why you listen to that instead of classier music like jazz.

• He would first try to be the polite gentlemen that he is and gently ask you to turn the volume down, but if you keep doing it you can say goodbye to your phone, he's going to burn it or at least break it.

• He's a man that loves the old fashion and doesn't want frivolous modernity to ruin anything in his little theater of hopeless souls that is the hotel. You better never play those songs around him again or a broken phone will be the least of your problems.

𖤓Husker

• He already has to deal with Angel being his annoying self and always being vulgar with him, the moment he realizes he'll have to deal with you too he's going to try and ban you from the bar and tell you to stay a 5 meter radius away from him.

• He's just so done with everyone's bullshit, he doesn't care that it's a modern song and that reminds you of home or that some fancy Succubus is the one singing it; he's going to shoo you away from his sight of view.

•That only makes you want to annoy him more to be honest. You normally either team up with Angel to stress the shit out of him with a improvised karaoke at the bar or make Niffty get the song stuck in her head, she spends a lot of time around Husker and making her sing while she works close to him always makes him give you a death stare.

•Simply putting, there's now a banned sign with your face in the bar's wall and he gave Niffty permission to stab you if you stepped too close to it and now you have to say sorry to Husker if you want to ever have another drink.

𖤓Angel

• This man does not care in the slightest that you're singing a song with explicit words, in fact, I believe he actually knows the lyrics as well, he's the only one that listens to pop songs on a daily basis and is more used than anyone else at the hotel with more modern human songs.

• You two would be karaoke buddies, even if the karaoke is at your rooms in the hotel, or literally in the lobby. The moment a song he likes starts playing he'll pull you with his arms and start singing with you.

• You two mainly do that to annoy Husker at his bar, you two make a poor bartender deal with two drunk people singing something like CPR weekly. He doesn't trust you both on the bar on Fridays anymore.

• Songs are the way you both bond, he likes your vibes but when you two sing is the moment he knows he can just be himself without being judged or called a whore for a moment.

𖤓Lucifer

• He secretly listens to his songs. He has been alone for a long long time, he has listened to multiple types of music genres and heard everything, he just enjoys having music on the background while he does anything else.

• He's kind of surprised when he listens to you singing, Charlie told him you died very recently but he didn't imagine it was that recently. He thinks it's a good idea to try and start a conversation with you about you similar tastes in songs, that's how you make friends after all.

• After some practice on what to say and not just be a complete mess in front of you, he starts the conversation, you two actually get along pretty well, you're surprised someone as old as him listens to such recent songs and actually knows artists like Verosika.

• He's pretty chill about the lyrics, but will ask you to tone it down a little while singing to not disturb the other people at the hotel.
