sometimes i think abt how my mom only ever got me two lego sets despite the fact one of my special interests was lego ninjago and i had begged her for months for one

and then those sets were the girl(tm) lego sets- friends or elves, idr which exactly

and then when my brother snuck into my room, stole them, and took them apart after i spent a whole night building them, she didn't punish him at all
