Congrats on all of your hard work and success. Your dedication and commitment shows! 👏
One of my favorite changes about my body since losing weight is my legs. Yes I do think they look better now, but mainly it’s about how much better they FEEL.
I remember that day on the left vividly. It was on my 25th bday trip in 2020 and we went mini golfing. I was sweating profusely and the chafing of my thighs was so bad I didn’t want to wear a swimsuit the next day. We had only walked around outside for 45 minutes and it was unbearable.
Now I hike as often as we have time, stairs don’t wind me, my ankles don’t swell, my knees don’t ache from a couple hours of walking, and a lot of the cellulite is gone too. I walked miles and miles on the beach every day on our trip last week and it was amazing not to have any chafing.
While I’m not as far as I want to be yet, I’m so proud of my progress. It’s such a revelation at the absence of aches and pains most days. I don’t take that for granted and I know my future self will thank me as well.
I might post progress/b&w pictures a little too often but it’s so helpful for me to have visual awareness of how far I’ve come and remind me to keep going.

It was a workout but it also wasn’t. Moved weight but not in a dedicated amount of sets or reps. Experimented with angles and hand placement and just tried new things to see how it felt and how it targeted different areas of different muscle groups.
Tried things I’ve never done before to break the mindset that I must keep doing the things that have worked so far. Muscles adapt and what worked for months may not produce the same results you once saw.

Men have body insecurities too even if it does not appear like they do.
I hope all men realize that they don’t have to look a certain way to be deemed as fit or attractive. You and your body right now, are perfect just the way you are. 🖤
