nine people i wish i knew better i was tagged by the fashion extraordinaire, @olive-martini, so that is where the blame can land. :p favorite color: Yellow; An underrated but stunning primary color all the same. currently reading: I recently finished the "Dark Star Trilogy" books by James Marlon (only "Black Leopard, Red Wolf" and "Moon Witch, Spider King" have been released so far). These books set me on a long path into reading James Baldwin's "The Fire Next Time," and Ta-Nehisi Coates' "The Water Dancer" and "Between the World in Me". Having just finished that cache, I started Coates' "The Message". Then I'm just going to read Coates' Marvel comic omnibuses for Black Panther and Captain America. last song: Meshell Ndegeocello's "No More Water: The Gospel of James Baldwin" and Innov Gnawa's "Lila" have been recent plays. last film: "Meeting the Man: James Baldwin in Paris" (1970). You'll notice a trend in my recent interests. sweet/salty/savory: I am all for savory dishes. last series: I do not remember.
